Delicious homemade and high quality food, delicious coffee, super friendly staff!

We went to Sauloon for a Sunday lunch, welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, genuine ingredients and tasty dishes, worth discovering!

I was passing through and hungry I stopped at this place. Love at first sight. Internal room with few tables, there are outside but personally few tables speaks for the quality. Having few seats means offering superior quality with attention to every detail and so it was: superlative homemade first courses, very tasty meat and the kebabs that couldn't be missing. We were given a bottle of oil to season which I found unique in its kind which means an unparalleled lunch and an excellent quality/price ratio. What can I say, visit it and taste what it offers, you won't be disappointed

Small bar-restaurant in the heart of small Civitella Casanova. Truly excellent cuisine, typical local flavours, appetizers absolutely worth tasting as well as fabulous first courses. The very fast, friendly and always smiling service stands out. I went for lunch with my two children aged 11 and 13, who have very difficult tastes when it comes to food and it was they who gave me the 5 stars in the review. Ice cream is another important strong point, so much so that we also took an industrial quantity of it to take away. Very clean and welcoming place, congratulations to all the staff, we will definitely come back to visit you Highly recommended!

The place is beautiful, well furnished and clean. They have excellent carbonara, delicious mushroom gnocchi and sausage. The pizzas are also very good: soft and rich. We were there four evenings on holiday and the place was always crowded and the waitress was alone serving, so the only flaw was the slowness in bringing the dishes

Third evening at Sauloon's for dinner, I love pizza. Really good, soft and tasty. The kebabs are also very, very good. Hoegaarden blanche beer definitely suitable for the summer period.
