Great food, super friendly staff! Amazing ice cream! 5 stars!

I'm from Bologna, I know a lot about pork, but unfortunately not about sheep. Having said this, I had a great time with Sauloon. Excellent food at more than fair prices. 🐑🐽

I had the pleasure of enjoying a truly complete menu: lasagna, white pistachio gnocchi, lamb, salad, callara sheep, fried cheese and the timeless cacio e ova pallotte. Each dish was a hymn to tradition, prepared with care and genuine ingredients, capable of bringing back the flavors of home. The pistachio gnocchi were very delicate and surprising, while the callara sheep was an explosion of flavour, typical of dishes from the past, cooked with respect and passion. The staff was kind, present and never intrusive, and the environment was welcoming and well-kept, perfect for feeling pampered. I recommend the Saulo Restaurant to those who love Abruzzo cuisine or want to discover it for the first time: a place where you eat very well, feel good and are happy to return. Enzo

Un po’ sicuramente da provare!! Mi è stato raccomandato questo posto ma vedendolo fuori non ero entusiasta.. ma a tavolo incredibile!!! Provate i ravioli al sugo!! I più buoni mai provati!! Arrosticini bomba che non dimentichiamo!! La tagliata consigliata, sembrava burro buonissimo!! Piatti abbondanti e il costo pochissimo!!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, la pecora alla callara e la trippa erano una favola..buonissimi è dire poco. Gli arrosticini, artisti nella cottura. Erano un burro, ci tornerò a brevissimo. Poi proprietario bellissima persona così come i dipendenti. Gentilissimi e alla mano.
