The house antipasto was fabulous. The first courses were amazing. The arrosticini were simply perfect. The atmosphere was family-friendly, the place welcoming, and the service attentive. Definitely a place we'll return to!

I'm from Bologna, so I know a thing or two about pork, but alas, not about sheep. That said, I had a great time at Sauloon. Excellent food at more than fair prices. 🐑🐽

I had the pleasure of enjoying a truly complete menu: lasagna, white pistachio gnocchi, lamb, salad, callara sheep, fried cheese and the timeless cacio e ova pallotte. Each dish was a hymn to tradition, prepared with care and genuine ingredients, capable of bringing back the flavors of home. The pistachio gnocchi were very delicate and surprising, while the callara sheep was an explosion of flavour, typical of dishes from the past, cooked with respect and passion. The staff was kind, present and never intrusive, and the environment was welcoming and well-kept, perfect for feeling pampered. I recommend the Saulo Restaurant to those who love Abruzzo cuisine or want to discover it for the first time: a place where you eat very well, feel good and are happy to return. Enzo
