Its success as the best pizzeria in the Aosta Valley is well deserved. The traditional Neapolitan appetizer is homemade, and the waiter recommended the Nettuno pizza, with escarole, capers, provola cheese, and tuna tartare. It's the bomb! Impeccable service, meticulous attention to detail, and a truly pampered customer experience. I'll be back often.

We wanted to have a special family lunch, and choosing this restaurant allowed us to achieve our goal. The welcome was excellent and the treatment exceptional. The fish appetizer, for a family from Salento like us, exceeded expectations. The gnocchi alla Sorrentina were the best we'd ever eaten, and the pizza and babà gave us a taste of authentic Neapolitan cuisine. We appreciated the real Apulian extra virgin olive oil they use for every dish.
The deliciousness of the excellent food was enhanced by the excellent wine they recommended.
Next time we come to Aosta, I Saulle will become one of our must-visit stops. We highly recommend the experience to anyone who loves exquisite food without disappointment.

I had a quick bite to eat tonight. The service was really fast and friendly, the pizza was delicious as usual, and the coffee was great. A superb Neapolitan pizza, one of the best pizzerias in the area.
