Saulle Re - Ristorante Pizzeria Bar In Quart

We went here because it had won several awards for best pizza but it didn't live up to expectations. The O Sole e Napule pizza was delicious, but the Campionesa (recommended) was not, the dough in the center was softened by the ingredients and the flavor. Almost €60 for two pizzas and two beers.

Stop on the way back. Three very good pizzas. Rich menu (perhaps too rich). Modern place and ok service.

Terrible mussel stew... half overdone and for 13 euros I would like a few more then a pizza a focaccia with nothing a cut beer and orangeade 1 sorbet and 1 dessert 86 euros each and always with the towels too expensive... for what I ate under the old management was something else we ate excellent..

There were 7 of us (4 adults and 3 children). We booked because it was among the best restaurants in Aosta on TripAdvisor and Lonely Planet. We are not used to such large and chaotic places and double shifts. Quick service and friendly waiters. The pizzas were excellent, the carbonara served in the saucepan was decent, and the salad arrived after half an hour. Paid the right amount.

Local located in the Amerique area about 15 minutes from Aosta, it has a large room with an oven and master pizza makers in sight, the kitchen is located at the back, menu with a vast assortment of choices, from appetizers, first courses, second courses and pizzas (normal, special, fried and cartwheel), not to forget the desserts to complete an excellent dinner. We took a buffalo to share as an appetizer, followed by lobster linguine and 2 grilled fish, completed by 3 desserts: Babá, Pastiera and lemon delight, half a bottle of Falanghina, water and 3 coffees. Had dinner with the fork discount of 20% total just under €106. friendly and helpful staff, cheered us up with smiles and laughter throughout the evening, I will definitely be back

Thank God for Google, because it led me to this place! Fast and friendly service, delicious pizza right out of the oven and a vibrant atmosphere full of locals on a Saturday evening.

We had the pleasure of dining at the iSaulle restaurant and the experience was excellent from the start. We were warmly welcomed by a maître d', who seated us at a table overlooking the kitchen. We ordered two pizzas: the 'O Fuoc, prepared with tomato, Calabrian 'Nduja and Apulian Burrata DOP, and the Flower Mozza, with San Marzano tomato, fior di latte, buffalo morsels, yellow cherry tomato, basil, extra virgin olive oil and a addition of cooked ham. To accompany dinner, we chose two beers and some water. The table service was impeccable: quick, organized and always attentive to the customer's needs. The staff were helpful in providing advice and demonstrating excellent preparation on every aspect of the menu. The ingredients used are clearly of high quality, carefully selected to ensure a superior gastronomic experience. The value for money is surprisingly honest, considering the excellence of the food and service offered.

After 4 years spent in Campania we really needed a real Neapolitan pizza in Aosta. Not only that, I ate some homemade scialatielli with fresh porcini mushrooms which are nothing short of fantastic, perfectly cooked. Finally, I had never tasted fresh porcini mushrooms breaded and fried, truly delicious. Caring and kind staff. Quick service, despite the crowd. The owner Virginio is a true host, attentive, hospitable and friendly. We will happily return. Pizzeria napoletana d’Aosta tanta gente che corre in mezzo ai tavoli un po’ confusionaria però molto gentile la pizza di questo ristorante la fa da padrona un impasto leggero digeribile e diverse selezioni molto godurioso corretto il rapporto qualità prezzo
