Today is our last day in Italy. We were about to cross the Italian-French border and return to France when we accidentally discovered this pizzeria. Since it serves traditional Neapolitan pizza, we went right in without thinking twice!
It erased our final regret: we'd been in Italy for five days and hadn't yet eaten real pizza! 🍕
The owner was super kind and recommended two pizzas, both delicious 😋: a classic Margherita with buffalo mozzarella instead of regular mozzarella, and the other with D.O.P. buffalo mozzarella—a dream for buffalo lovers!
A perfect ending to our trip to Italy. Ciao Italia 👋, I'll definitely be back! 🇮🇹❤️

I had a pizza, and each ingredient stood out in my mouth, tasting every flavor! Only quality products! A must-see every time I visit the Aosta Valley!

Excellent people, from the waiters to the "boss" himself. The pizza was large, perfectly cooked, well-loaded, and finger-licking good. The mixed salad with tuna, egg, and much more was fantastic. The spaghetti carbonara was excellent. You'll leave satisfied and eager to return.

We loved our stay at Saulle Re. The food is delicious, generous, and authentic—a real treat from start to finish. The service was impeccable: warm, fast, and attentive. And what about the atmosphere?
