Saudade Brazilian Restaurant In Torino

Typical Brazilian place where you can taste many delicacies, from the meat which is their specialty to the side dishes which are varied and particular. The restaurant is located in the heart of Piazza Vittorio so there is little to say about the location except beautiful. While the staff is friendly and helpful, it made the experience more enjoyable for us. The only flaw is the service, with a few more people they get slightly confused. All in all it was nice!

Let's go for the 3rd time, I tried to make a reservation at the restaurant, and finally got a pleasant and spacious atmosphere. An exemplary server at work (Aline) I liked the reception, side dishes and derivatives but what left me wanting was the meat rotation as the same waiters would only serve me 4 types of meat. Another point that left me extremely discouraged with the restaurant was the request, which twice asked me not to serve undercooked meat and yet only undercooked meat arrived at my table. Aline is an example of friendly and polite customer service, always thinking about providing the best service. Anyway, I'm not going to say that it's a terrible restaurant because I've been to worse ones, but with small adjustments it would be a true Brazilian restaurant. I have nothing to say about the other waiters, all of whom are polite but need some customer service etiquette. Anyway, it's worth going to the restaurant if there are small changes to improve it. I don't know if I would go back for dinner but for a drink I think it would be a good idea.

da certe recensioni ero un pò preoccupata, ma mi sbagliavo!!! posto molto carino camerieri davvero favolosi! il cibo è tanta roba, non solo in senso di molta( che è comunque molta)ma era buonissima, mia nipote ama la carne al sangue,molto al sangue e qui ha mangiato una picanha favolosa!!! è stato davvero un fantastico compleanno. Chi ama la carne deve decisamente provarlo!!!! ringrazio ancora i camerieri che davvero sono un plus! bravi bravi davvero!

Locale in piena Piazza Vittorio, la carne è buona e i contorni sfiziosi. Non sono pratico di questa tipologia di carne ma nel complesso la qualità è stata buona. Ottima l'ananas alla griglia finale con cannella
