A small but very cozy place that, as the name suggests, specializes in seadas!
They offer five different variations, and I went with the classic one since it was my first time trying it.
Saseada is definitely the place to go, for trying the seadas.
They also have a great selection of wines that pair perfectly with the dessert.

Excellent passito wine, excellent service and excellent plating of the seada, including honey. I have origins in central Sardinia, so perhaps I'm a little fussy about seada. I tried the traditional seada, with sheep's cheese, and it can be improved! The pasta should be more crumbly and the cheese more "spicy". However, the guy was very kind and the environment was very pleasant!

Dopo una pizza in Piazza Garibaldi, una passeggiata e in 10 minuti raggiungiamo questo piccolo locale di nicchia, specializzato in uno dei più tipici e conosciuti dessert sardi, che continua ad essere il "top gun" del settore: due passi sono salutari e ci consentono di non perdere l'occasione di gustare questa delizia, seadas buone si possono trovare in tanti posti, ma queste sono una esperienza de gustativa unica... Se le amate, qui vi faranno scoppiare il cuore, varie combinazioni di seadas e miele possibili per esperienze gustative nuove.
Ottima anche la proposta nella carta dei vini dolci da abbinare alle seadas, comprendente piccole produzioni locali.
Una eccellenza sarda da premiare.

Nice discovery, now on Saturday night it is an obligation for us to go to the sebaderia to taste the excellent seadas, not only classic but particular and combined with wonderful honeys, all accompanied by niche sweet and muscat wines..... very discreet and professional the guy who advises us and serves us when we go, excellent to try and highly recommended

What can I say, I love sebadas, and here is excellence! Filling, puff pastry, different types of honey to choose from, to combine, poetry!
Excellent choice of wines, desserts, liqueurs, and the staff is always available, and very kind, in advising you on the right pairing, in addition to their splendid kindness.
The environment is cozy but very nice, full of scents of the past.
I recommend coming early, as there is a more than understandable queue, albeit a fast one, outside the venue. Well, given the goodness, it's inevitable!
