Sartoria Gastronomica In Bologna

We had our first experience of the ragu and Lasagna here....wow. Very good food, great service. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

Fantastic coffee and food. Didn't realise the portion size, 1 would have done between us. When back in Bologna I'll be returning.

Fabulous breakfast, with a wide variety of savory options, too. I go on Sunday mornings. Perhaps the staff at the counter could use a few more smiles for customers: they're certainly not rude, but perhaps they were a little late the night before 😉. Lunch and dinner are also very good in my opinion, and the place is a sure thing because it's open all day, including aperitivo. I really like it, even the outdoor tables. They also have a "Southern Italian" touch that's truly fabulous and warms the place up. Well-kept and clean.

Stopped for lunch and Christian made our experience memorable. Food was delicious and a great way to spend an afternoon.

Nice place in the summer with tables on the square where you can sit for dinner or an aperitif. We chose the second one with carafes of drinks and platters with cold cuts and stracchino. Everything was quite good

Too expensive. At the cashier an efficient but overly agitated guy. Overall pleasant but not exciting in my opinion

Delicatessen located in a beautiful setting where you can eat at any time: from breakfast to dinner. Personally I tried breakfast and dinner. The brioches are very delicate, tasty and above all well filled. I recommend the ricotta brioche. For dinner we opted for two appetizers, a Fassona tartare beaten with a knife accompanied by a fried egg and an olive sauce and a delicious beef carpaccio accompanied by a cream of parmesan and cherry tomatoes. To follow we chose tagliatelle with Bolognese ragù (very abundant) and handmade tortellini with white ragù of Piedmontese Fassona on a cream of parmesan cheese. Everything was good to say the least. In addition a glass of Sangiovese and a still water: final price 85 euros The staff is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Nice breakfast with good coffee and very good croissant, but unfortunately bad experience in the afternoon for a snack with tiramisu delivered frozen.

Locale caratteristico nel cuore di Bologna con il logo “una macchina da cucire” sulle pareti, sui cuscini e sulla tovaglietta del ristorante. Ottimi i primi della tradizione tagliatelle al ragù, cappelletti in brodo o alla genovese. Squisiti i dolci. Adiacente e’ presente il bar del ristorante molto carino.

Pasticceria con tavolini in esterni nella piacevole piazza Aldovrandi. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Dolci di buona qualità e caffè di ottima fattura, incluso il decaffeinato. Buona occasione per una pausa, non troppo lontano dal centro, ma in una piazza molto più tranquilla
