Delicious, everything, without a shadow of a doubt, from the starters to the dessert. We ate here after Christmas and had a great time. Special mention to the maloreddus with fish and broccoli cream, super! Just a note: sebadas written on the menu is in the plural. If one orders "sebadas" one expects at least two, which in reality does not happen.

Less is more... I didn't find the extra something I was expecting in the dishes, the fish soup was too tasty, which can happen using mussels from Olbia, but we received a somewhat questionable response to our complaint. Slightly high prices certainly due to the use of excellent raw materials.

A small restaurant on the outskirts of Olbia. The food was decent but I didn’t find it outstanding especially the pasta. I feel like it’s a little out of the way to go to for just decent food.

We were welcomed by the chef who seated us at the table.
It was the best restaurant we had in Sardinia, without hesitation.
Mozzarella tomatoes as a starter, the eggplant hummus was incredible and the products are quality.
We had the homemade wholemeal pasta, with pork, mozzarella, tomatoes and zucchini! It was the best pasta I have ever eaten!

We were looking for a restaurant in the Olbia area to eat a good carbonara. Mission accomplished!!!! The tuna tartare was spectacular and the spaghetti carbonara was up to par!!! The only problem was that they only had one cook and it took us 2 hours to eat. Of course, it seemed very expensive to us considering the area in which it is located.
...€89 for the tartare + two plates of spaghetti and two espressos...

Fixed stop!!! Every year we return to this restaurant which for us remains the best in Olbia.
Search for detail, quality products and friendliness are their characteristics. The pasta is homemade by them and you can taste it. The vegetable charcoal spaghetti with red prawns, pepper cream and buffalo burrata is delicious. It is no coincidence that every holiday year we return to these restaurants several times. Absolutely highly recommended

Delicious appetizers, wonderful tuna tartare, we really enjoyed all the main courses. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to take photos, they disappeared so quickly :) I recommend it
