Sartoria Bakery Cafè In Bologna

We were there for breakfast, and apart from the outrage we experienced when we dared to order a hot chocolate in the summer, everything was fine. Friendly, fast, and delicious.

Seven of us were there for breakfast and had croissants with various fillings and coffee/cappuccino. Both were delicious, and the service was very friendly. Definitely recommended!

Precioso café de pavimento, decorado con jazmín en cascada en el exterior y en una atractiva plaza. Tomamos café y un pastel de pistacho, todo muy bueno. El personal eficiente y servicial me llevó a la cafetería para elegir un pastel. Los almuerzos que se sirven todos se veían muy bien también. Precios justos.

Beautiful venue with many outdoor seats and some inside. Lots of choice of sweet and savory brioches but not only. All very good and quality. Advised .

Certainly a quality and elegant bar. I discuss the surcharge, according to the barista after 12, on coffees. I approached the counter with my partner to get 2 coffees at 2pm. I was told by the bar waiter that it was not necessary to go to the counter and that he would come to a table to order, whereupon we sat down and took the 2 coffees. When paying at the cash desk I was informed of a surcharge of €1.40 to €2 per coffee, an increase of 43%, relating to table service. Clearly I was disappointed with this non-transparent behavior. Rereading the menu I did not find any explicit wording for table service surcharges in particular time slots. I consider the attitude to be incorrect and suggest that you adapt to the relevant regulations, in order to avoid future disappointment with other customers. Overall, the location is pleasant and the bar is recommended
