A pleasant rediscovery.
It's an area I don't frequent because I used to work somewhere else entirely, so you inevitably tend to have friends and hang out there. This morning we decided to have lunch at Ristorante Sarti in Bonferraro. I have to say, everything was fantastic. Thirty-eight years later, I understand why my wife and I decided to celebrate at this place, when it was still run by our parents. I usually go to a pizzeria every week, but even those have become out of price. Maybe I'll skip a pizza party and go there more often for lunch or dinner.

It may seem paradoxical, but you can enjoy splendid seafood dishes even over a hundred kilometers from the sea.
I've known this gem of a restaurant for years (located in a small town in the lower Verona area), and each time it surprises me more and more.
If you're passing through, I recommend stopping here for lunch or dinner. You won't be disappointed.
Oh, I almost forgot... Very competent, kind, and helpful staff in a very elegant and refined setting.
Score from one to ten?

I must say that I have found someone who treats you and serves you as God commands. The right class, the right verve... the right knowledge. The elegant and familiar place at the same time... a thousand details not placed at random make a historic place in the area a place where having lunch and dinner becomes a real pleasure. And we did not pay more than the other parts. Let's dispel a thousand myths. For all this 5 stars are not enough.

Di ritorno con i camper da un viaggio ad Iseo, ci fermiamo da Sarti.
Locale molto curato, gestori simpatici, gentilissimi, e con un bagaglio narrativo dei piatti incredibili.

Riso alla pilota, veramente ottimo
Maccheroncini con ragù di manzo
E crespelle a gli Asparagi ( tra l. Altro cotte in monoporzione) buonissimi.
Pane fatto in casa, Caldo da quello nero, bianco, gnocchino, il tutto con un burro al prezzemolo o erbette miste da spalmare, veramente una chicca!!
Eravamo così pieni che siamo passati ai dolci, ottimi.
Torneremo, da brava razdora io tornerò ad ascoltare le vostre storie e assaggiare il risotto coi saltare!!!!
Complimenti, vi meritate tutto.
Si vede che amate la cucina e il Vs mestiere.
