I come to Sarni often and always have a great experience. A special compliment to Ornella and Teresa: always kind, professional, smiling, and helpful. Having worked at the mall myself, I know how important it is to have people like them. Excellent!

Unfortunately, due to my lactose intolerance, I'm very limited in my choice of dishes, especially entrees. Why don't you use lactose-free products? There are so many of us lactose intolerant these days. I don't think the cost is excessive, and besides, they're suitable for all diners.

It's a shame they don't offer lactose-free options. I often have to forgo succulent dishes. The staff is quite friendly.

I've been to Sarni del GrandApulia and I have to say I was really satisfied. I tried their pizzas from the set menu, and the value is truly excellent. The pizzas are delicious, made with quality ingredients and, above all, generously topped, which is not a given these days. The menu is very affordable and also includes a drink and fries, which I found to be really good. Overall, it was a very positive experience: everything was tasty, well-prepared, and served with care. I absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for good, generous pizza and an affordable menu. I'll definitely be back!

We went to Grandapulia at Sarni Bar. We finally had a positive experience, as we received a smile from an employee named Daniela (the bartender), something we never get every time we stop by! The staff is always rude and unwelcoming.
