Pros: Friendly/professional staff, good food, well-kept garden. Cons: Shower too small, swallows' nests on the balcony (on all balconies), resulting in droppings next to and/or on the balcony chairs; but disappointing is that, as a surprise, I specifically asked (AND PAYING FOR IT) for a room with a pool view or a sea view. The front desk confirmed that "I was satisfied," but once I got to my room, this was my view, the only room out of all the others with the only view I had was "No View," with this tree in the center. It's a shame because the place has great potential, but I won't be returning.

A perfect place to relax away from the hustle and bustle. Peace and quiet, a large garden, and a swimming pool with a lifeguard. Clean rooms with everything you need. Helpful staff, who have prepared maps for tourists to simplify logistics and navigation. I highly recommend it.

What a beautiful establishment! Rooms, terraces, pool, restaurant! Superb destination!

Overall, it's a good hotel, but unfortunately, it's showing its age. With a few small changes, a lot could be improved (e.g., replacing the toilet brush; ours was completely bristle-less). The service staff during breakfast were very friendly and attentive, as were the cleaning staff. It's not really recommended without a car, as there aren't many parking options nearby. The view of the garden/pool is lovely, although some rooms only overlook a hedge. Breakfast is adequate but lacks variety, and the evening buffet is simply too expensive for what it offers. The small shopping center (a 2-minute walk) is convenient, and the Spar supermarket inside offers a great selection of fresh produce.

Rules from another era. The minibar guarantee isn't even worth mentioning. The structure is a bit dated.

Great hotel, very friendly staff. The breakfast is good, but mainly sweet. The evening buffet is excellent and varied. The location is 20 minutes from Cacliari, in a neighborhood that must have been modern at one time. There are a few local restaurants with tasty pizzas for little money. The beach is within walking distance but is (in May) covered with balls of seaweed.

During a tour, we only stayed here for 2 nights. Fantastically spacious rooms, equipped with every convenience. Very well finished and very clean. The swimming pool is also thoroughly cleaned daily. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were efficiently arranged and sufficiently replenished. The staff is helpful and, last but not least, a stunning setting next to the flamingo lagoon.
