Compliments, a super bitter and high-proof organic craft beer... then a delicious cutting board and a top pappardella with ragù... but it's not just the food, it's also the very good and attentive Lorenzo who is a truly nice and helpful person, we had a great time and ate very well, a beautiful view and attention to the customer, we came at eight and we saw each other on the terrace at sunset... :) I recommend it!

A simply magical place! Sapori in Torre is much more than a restaurant: it is an experience. The location is suggestive, inside a medieval tower with a breathtaking view of the Sienese hills — perfect at sunset. The food? Extraordinary. Everything is prepared with fresh and local ingredients: the pici all’aglione were spectacular, and the tagliata was very tender. The selection of craft beers is to be applauded — rare, well chosen, and served to perfection. The staff is very kind, smiling and super prepared. They make you feel at home, but in a house where you eat and drink like a king! Highly recommended if you are in the area: whether you love good food, craft beers or simply looking for a special place ... this is the right place. I will definitely be back!

The best dinner in our Toscany holiday!! We highly recommend this place to everone! Food was so good, the appetizers were so tasty, we got to taste different local beers, really tastful (and big portion) paatas and best panna cotta in Italy. One of our vehetarian got food recommentations from the chef. The owners told us about the diches and made us feel like home. And the sunset views - lovely thank you!

Il locale si propone come ristorante ma ci si può sedere anche per fare un aperitivo degustando un tagliere ad esempio. Le birre che ho provato e che poi ho anche acquistato sono di ottima qualità ma soprattutto raccontano la storia del territorio. Se volete provare questa esperienza (che consiglio assolutamente) l’unico locale è Saporintorre

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo sopratutto per la genuina del prodotto con cui si compongono i piatti. Gentilissimi e accorti nn ersi il cliente, locale con anche i giochi da tavolo. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di poter assaggiare una specie di cheese cake appena fatta alla ricotta (talmente buona da rimanere senza parole). Consigliatissimo

13/08/2025: In the historic center of Siena, in a building dating back to 1270, the Gallo Nero restaurant offers a particularly interesting atmosphere, featuring modern pieces elegantly combined and perfectly contrasted with the brick vaults and resin floors. The food is top-quality, perfectly cooked, with surprising twists, creating a harmony of refined and carefully balanced flavors! We enjoyed the truly excellent five-course tasting menu. The wine selection is highly refined, with a focus on local produce and small, niche producers. The dining room staff is knowledgeable and empathetic, attentive to every detail, making guests feel cared for and pampered! Highly recommended!

18/08/2025: What can I say... A special location, a village on the border between Tuscany and Umbria and Lazio, and the chef was on top of his game like never before in showcasing the local ingredients. The tasting was nothing short of exceptional. Each dish had something unique to offer, even the smallest bite. I would have said it was impossible to rank in order of goodness, because the extremely high quality of the suckling pig, the sea bass, and the scampi were all on par. But alas, all the courses had to capitulate in the face of the foie gras, an absolute masterpiece, an explosion of flavors, textures, and even temperatures, sublime, enhanced by the stellar pairing of the white wine we were offered... When you leave, the only thought is what the autumn menu will be like. Many thanks to the chef, the sommelier, and the entire team, young but truly knowledgeable, unobtrusive yet always present...
15/08/2025: Nestled in the Siena countryside, in a splendid castle. The dinner was perfect, every course an explosion of flavor, with attention to every ingredient. The service was impeccable, attentive, and never intrusive. One of the best experiences I've ever had. Recommended for a treat for the heart and soul.
