2019 review: Tasty, refined and authentic cuisine, with generous portions and excellent prices. Worth trying are the pici all'aglione recommended by the owner, the fusilloni with bread crumbs and rigatino and the Rapolano focaccia. Truly unique craft beers. Warm and welcoming owner. Review from 2025: We returned after five years and confirm the excellent impressions. In the meantime, the restaurant and the menu have expanded: second courses have been added and the number of beers has increased significantly. In addition to the always delicious first courses, the tripe and panna cotta are also fantastic. The owner, always very approachable, even gave us a considerable discount!

Il locale si propone come ristorante ma ci si può sedere anche per fare un aperitivo degustando un tagliere ad esempio. Le birre che ho provato e che poi ho anche acquistato sono di ottima qualità ma soprattutto raccontano la storia del territorio. Se volete provare questa esperienza (che consiglio assolutamente) l’unico locale è Saporintorre

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo sopratutto per la genuina del prodotto con cui si compongono i piatti. Gentilissimi e accorti nn ersi il cliente, locale con anche i giochi da tavolo. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di poter assaggiare una specie di cheese cake appena fatta alla ricotta (talmente buona da rimanere senza parole). Consigliatissimo

Relais Le Macine di Stigliano

05/05/2025: A dream weekend in a wonderful place. The relais is enchanting, with attention to the smallest details... an escape from the frenetic city life. Waking up in the morning immersed in the colors and melody of nature...open the window and find yourself surrounded by an indescribable beauty with the chirping of birds as a backdrop. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was a wonderful treat, especially on the first day when we took advantage of the wonderful sun to have it on the tables outside, a complete buffet with everything for all tastes. One evening we also tried dinner in the relais restaurant (la merla) and we ate divinely, compliments to the chef and greetings to the very kind waiter. Special thanks to Chiara and Matilde, the girls at reception, who welcomed us, pampered us and recommended the best places to visit and where to eat. We stayed with our little dog who was pampered and welcomed by everyone in a wonderful way, and obviously made friends with Mallory, the special mascot of the relais! Thank you very much for making these days so enchanting. We can't wait to come and visit you again!🥰
03/05/2025: This place is beautiful just like the photos. Onsite parking and easy to access. The views from the rooms are beautiful. Service was great.

La Grotta di San Francesco

07/05/2025: Rustic location just right, not bad food, excellent, fast and efficient service. The bill was saltier than the bread (we didn't pay much). Perfectly clean bathrooms, polite and friendly staff. Small location that brings together long conversations. We ate the second course after countless courses of bread (we finished it)
05/05/2025: Finally a fish restaurant. And a very good one at that. Nice family atmosphere. And good choice of both white and red wines (bottle and glass)
