This well-appointed restaurant has a dream daily offer: all you can eat + 1 drink (also happy to have an Aperol Spritz, for example) for just €10. The food and drinks are of excellent quality. The staff is very helpful and kind. I'll be back for sure

Overall a nice little place. Courtyard cut out in the middle of Via Appia, also silent. It's a shame that the service was a bit slow and the type of aperitif formula offered.

I returned in the evening, after a few weeks, to eat a round pizza with friends from university. The round pizza menu offers the possibility to choose between the main traditional Italian pizzas, but you can always ask to add a topping of your choice. The pizza is cooked masterfully, a thin dough just right inside with a crunchy crust that gives the entire dish a pinch of "passion". The balanced and well-arranged seasoning on the entire pizza gives it a scent that delights the senses. Its taste, the mix of flavors of the condiments, will make you think of the beauties of life, its gustatory satisfaction and its lightness will make your belly smile and will make you want to enjoy a homemade dessert, which is also sublime. In short, the "pizza and chips evening" is ideal for spending a cheerful evening with friends and relatives, pampered by the attention and kindness of the staff and also by good European football

We came here 2 out of our 3 days in Rome. Excellent food, and beautiful people. A family owned restaurant where you aren’t treated like customers but as friends. Franchesco gave us exquisite service and drink recommendations, my family and I had the best experience. Highly recommend it! :)

I discovered this restaurant several years ago, and now I return often, despite the numerous innovations that have been made over the years, the kindness and care for the customer have never been lacking, as has the quality of the dishes, tasty and cooked to perfection. The kitchen also offers typical Roman first courses, delicious, unforgettable and faithful to traditional recipes, highly recommended, but if you feel like making special requests the chef is always ready to satisfy them. The second courses are always fresh and always delicious, I recommend the fish second courses if you want to delight your palate. Even the very fresh and carefully prepared appetizers, you will be amazed by the beauty and scent of the cutting boards and the fish carpaccio. If you want to spend a lunch or dinner with family, friends, work colleagues, relax and enjoy a good glass of wine or beer while watching the sport, always available on request, then you are in the right place. You won't be disappointed. For my part, I recommend the à la carte menu, and in the evening it is. Pizza menu also available All I have to do is wish you bon appetit.

After shopping we stopped in the beautiful garden of the restaurant, the buffet was excellent and offers the possibility of tasting various dishes and drinks several times for just 12 euros. Outside of the buffet, the restaurant offers excellent first courses, also characteristic of Roman cuisine. Our matriciana was truly super. Not to mention the fabulous baked sea bass with potatoes and cherry tomatoes. We recommend it, excellent value for money

One of my favorite restaurants in Rome. I am in America, but I often go to Rome, and I always eat in this restaurant because the food is always delicious, and the servers are always attentive and professional. When you go to Rome you have to eat at Sapori & Parole!

I found myself in Rome for work and I went to the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. The waiters were very attentive in taking care of the very kind customers, especially the waitress who was always smiling.
