I arrived in Milan today, and Mancuso Gelati was one of my first stops. It did not disappoint. This is a classic neighborhood gelato shop. It’s small, welcoming, and exactly the kind of place you hope to find while walking around the city. The gentleman behind the counter, who I believe is the owner, was incredibly friendly and made the experience even better. I ordered a large cup with mango and strawberry gelato, and both flavors were fantastic. They tasted fresh, vibrant, and full of real fruit flavor without being overly sweet. The little wafer cookie on top was a perfect finishing touch and complemented the gelato really well. The large cup came to about $6.88 USD, which I thought was a great value for the quality and portion size. If you’re in the area and craving authentic Italian gelato, I would absolutely recommend stopping by Mancuso Gelati. Great flavors, friendly service, and a perfect first taste of Milan. I’d definitely come back.
