29/07/2024: I had dinner for the first time in this place after hearing very good things about the executive chef Alessandro Cecere and, above all, about one of his particular dishes - the spaghetti with garlic, oil 'nduja and Roquefort... very high expectations therefore, completely confirmed!! ! Warm atmosphere, very nice location and super dinner...all the dishes I tasted did not betray my expectations, on the contrary!!! Fried anchovies with delicious ginger mayonnaise, delicious Cantabrian anchovies, super sautéed escarole...and then the spaghetti arrived, truly TOP...so much so that we ordered them twice!!! The desserts are also delicious! I recommend you go and visit Alessandro!!!
21/07/2024: According to tradition, a real discovery in the heart of Rome a few steps from the Cipro metro. The place is also nice due to the way it is structured, it has a reserved space outside where you can fully enjoy the evening, efficient and professional staff also in managing foreign customers. Varied and tasty menu, you immediately notice the quality and research of the ingredients. We had the pleasure of trying various dishes: mixed burrata crostini with sea urchins, anchovies and smoked goose breast, beef tartare, Nebrodi black pig ham (delicious!!!), braised beef cheek (delicious! ), Catalan prawns and to conclude, cheesecake with berries and a special sambuca tiramisu.
