We stopped by one evening at 11:00 pm, almost at closing time, classic calzones made in 5 minutes while the owner and his wife entertained us with a pleasant chat. Very kind staff, delicious food, truly extraordinary prices. A place that is really worth stopping by.

Ce resto redéfinit le paysage gastronomique haguenovien. Des plats entièrement faits maison, succulents et très bien présentés, une équipe dynamique et sympathique, un cadre idéal pour passer une belle soirée. Merci pour cette très bonne soirée, on reviendra certainement et on vous recommandera à nos amis.

22/04/2025: If there is a place where every bite is a small revolution, it is Degu Ham. The burger I tried - and which I can now easily define as "my absolute favourite" - is a concentration of taste, quality and passion. The meat is cooked to perfection, juicy and tasty, with that light external crust that makes the difference. The bread? Soft on the inside and slightly toasted on the outside, it holds everything together without ever becoming mushy. Every ingredient – ​​from the melted cheese to the sauce In short, it's not just a sandwich: it is an experience. If you haven't tried it yet, you are truly missing out on something special. Kudos to Degu Ham for raising the bar. Rating: 10/10. I'll be back, and I'll do it again with hunger.
