Sapori Di Corte In Benevento

04/03/2025: We are located in the municipality of Campolattaro (BN), a small town of around 950 inhabitants. Having dinner at the "Sesto Senso" restaurant was a truly positive surprise. Place with sober furnishings and classic mise en place. The staff were very polite, friendly, helpful and professional. Varied menu with particular attention to fish dishes which can also vary based on the availability of the fresh catch of the day. Excellent wine list with good local proposals. The appetizer chosen was a real culinary experience, difficult to describe all the sensations I felt when tasting the various courses of this appetizer but, I assure you, it will remain etched in my memories. Not least the delicious fried paranza, tasty and dry, with a side dish of baked potatoes. For the wine I was recommended a good Fiano from the "Sciore" farm. As usual I don't post the bill but the quality-price ratio is truly excellent. In conclusion I was pleasantly impressed by this excellence and it is definitely worth the trip, seeing is believing. 🔝💯

28/02/2025: Some great seafood, despite being on the mountains. My wife had the antipasto di mare. She really enjoyed it. The service was great, with a great round of flavors among the dishes. We didn't have a reservation, but they were able to seat us. Recommend having a reservation son you don't get disappointed from boy being able to sample their cuisine!
