I wasn’t planning to go out, but I got some bonus money on a website (you can see its name in the photo attached) — so I thought, why not make the evening tastier? Ordered seafood risotto, and it turned out to be a great choice. Perfectly cooked, full of flavor.

The restaurant left a great impression. I really liked the service — everything was fast, polite, and friendly. The risotto was excellent: creamy, flavorful, and perfectly textured. I counted the calories using the service shown in the photo attached to my review. It was super quick and convenient — I honestly recommend everyone to try it! 01/03/2026: The manager and the girl serving were very friendly and helpful. I wasn't in great shape, it was my last day, but I ate well. Both the lard and chicory bruschetta and the risotto were excellent. The dry-aged meats of various marbling and quality are worth trying.
27/02/2026: I rarely judge a restaurant while sitting at a table, but this time I'll make an exception. The dishes are generous, beautifully presented, and the quality of the ingredients is exceptional. I highly recommend lunch or dinner at this restaurant. A must-visit.

08/03/2026: Breakfast on Sunday morning: the puff pastries were good, the leavened pastries slightly less so. I had a really cheap hot tea. The teabag was strictly from the bar. Top-notch organization!
19/02/2026: Finally in Monterotondo an excellent pastry shop, the best there is.
