We stopped by chance. It's an excellent seafood restaurant with a good wine list. Our experience included raw seafood, mussels, and fried fish. The waiter was knowledgeable and helpful. The setting and location are typical of a classic seaside restaurant. The "setting" was high-quality and tasteful. We'll be back, hoping not to encounter rude customers who persistently disturbed our dinner again... I would have appreciated some intervention from the staff.

We set up a table 20 cm from the one next to us. We waited 40 minutes after ordering for a first and second course. The second course was grilled until it was dry, almost inedible. This didn't meet the expectations set by the website.

A delightful place. We're still here at 10:30 PM, enjoying the cozy atmosphere, overlooking the warm harbor. Excellent appetizers and first courses, which I highly recommend.

I had dinner last night with my family; there were four of us and a child. The location was unquestionable. As for the food, the quality/price ratio was excellent. I would advise anyone who orders for the kitchen not to offer that dish if there aren't enough mussels for a fantastic peppered dish; they're too small. Everything else was excellent, topped off by the helpful and kind staff. I recommend it 👍

Now, whenever I come to Savelletri, I have to come here to Sapore di Mare, where the name is no coincidence. You can truly taste the sea in the exquisite dishes. Everything is top-notch, fresh fish, excellent and friendly staff, and a splendid location. Highly recommended 💯

14/12/2025: I'm reluctant to review restaurants, but I have to give credit where credit is due. Among a plethora of similar restaurants in the area, you'll find yourself in paradise. Wonderful location, wonderful food, wonderful staff. How many "wonderful" words! A young and capable owner who has taken the family legacy and brought it to the heights of restaurant culture. Try it and believe it.
12/10/2025: One of the few establishments open at this time (others closed or limited menu) pleasant welcome and smiling staff. We ate very well, good fresh products. We hadn't booked, few people. It was perfect.

13/11/2025: For my partner and I, it's a must-try, and we couldn't ask for anything better because we always get a guaranteed experience here. As regulars, we can say the quality is excellent, and you can tell they know what they're doing, starting with the stunning location right on the sea. The raw ham is marvelous, its absolute freshness evident in the aroma as soon as it arrives at the table, making us want to eat it in abundance. ​But we have to be honest and admit that the real reason we always come back is the pasta dishes. For us, they're truly the best in the world, cooked to perfection and with generous portions that are filling and delicious, with that true seafood flavor that has sadly been lost elsewhere. Even when the place is packed, service is quick and the waiters are alert. Michele is the soul of this place, always kind and helpful, making us feel at home and not just like numbers.
