More than positive experience. As pizza lovers, we were curious and anxious to try Renato Bosco's tasting journey. The (very high) expectations were fully respected. If we had to choose what we liked most, we couldn't decide. To conclude, praise should be given to the highly trained staff and the very refined environment. We traveled 100 km to go to this pizzeria but it was worth it.

Uncommon friendliness and professionalism! There were 4 of us. One pizza, by mistake, arrived 5 minutes before the other three. To apologize they offered us sweets and coffee! As for the pizzas, excellent. Normal ingredients but superlative dough!

The pizzas are very good and digestible. I tried a round buffalo margherita, truly special in its simplicity.
I would have gladly chosen something else but I didn't find many valid alternatives among the flavors of round pizzas, in my opinion more intriguing combinations could be studied.
Nice environment but perhaps not optimal brightness and absent music.
Friendly but not very professional service: I had to request the welcome entree service which had been forgotten.

Very well known in Verona, but I have to be honest I was disappointed.
I appreciate the research of the product and the love in what he does.
But real Italian pizza is something else, then when it is paid sincerely it is not worth a second time

Locale accogliente, ordinato, pulito..Il personale gentilissimo, attento e professionale. Pizze buonissime, dalla lievitazione alla cura degli ingredienti...L'impasto leggerissimo e digeribile...Il prezzo vale l'esperienza, davvero consigliato. Dolci buonissimi. Se devo dare un consiglio metterei qualche altra opzione per vegetariani/vegani, perché fondamentalmente c'era solo una variante. E nei dolci non c'era nemmeno una versione per intolleranti al lattosio o vegani.
Comunque davvero complimenti per l'impegno e la passione che mettono nei loro prodotti.

"Non aspettarti la solita pizza" è scritto nell'incipit del menù, e, in effetti, questo locale può ben definirsi la nuova frontiera sperimentale dell'arte della pizza.
Consiglio di provare una combinazione dei vari piatti: "aria di pane", "pizza crunch", "doppio crunch" ecc, così da aver modo di assaggiare le varie proposte. Il personale, comunque, è molto gentile, e saprà guidarvi nelle scelte. Conto assolutamente nella norma.
Particolare che non c'entra nulla, ma che ho notato: il rubinetto del lavandino, in bagno, è firmato con il marchio del locale ...
