Renato Bosco's Pizzeria offers an experience that celebrates the mastery of dough making. The restaurant is modern, bright, and well-maintained, with a casual yet sophisticated atmosphere that highlights the open-view bread-making process. Food takes center stage, with a menu that goes beyond traditional pizza: the selection of doughs is vast, from classic round pizzas to "crunchy" pizzas and pizza by the slice, which I found exceptional for its lightness and digestibility. The quality of the ingredients, often locally sourced, is evident, and the balance of flavors is always impeccable. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive, skilled at guiding customers through the complex selection of doughs and flours, ensuring professional and passionate service. It's the ideal place for those who want to explore the many facets of signature pizza.

I go for the pizza, which is out of this world, especially the double crunch, to my taste. Their bread is also a MUST at my house... and the one I got this morning is truly out of this world! A cloud! Thanks also to the girls who are super welcoming.

Finally, a place where the staff, despite their young age, are professional and courteous in their service, including their approach to children. Delicious food. Highly recommended and definitely worth returning to.

The atmosphere is simple but meticulously prepared. You may or may not like it, but you can see the attention to detail in its preparation.
The staff are truly courteous; they strive not only to serve but to make you feel comfortable.
The pizza is delicious. I'm not used to eating it with wine, but it's fine, since I had the one with porchetta (I didn't think it would go well with it!).
The 3 points total are due to the fact that the portions are definitely too small.
You can get a "gourmet" pizza for 14, 15, or even 17 euros; it seems crazy to me, but I knew it.
You can get a glass of wine for 6 euros, but four small slices of pizza like that and a glass with way too little wine, no.
I woke up hungry, and I'm not a big eater.

I had the pleasure of dining there on a Saturday night, and I would definitely recommend it. This place offers pizzas with a variety of doughs, all very interesting. The pizzas, in addition to their unique doughs, are paired with ingredients that aren't traditional, making the experience even more interesting. It was a pleasant experience to find the owner at the forefront of the kitchen, supervising and taking pizzas out of the oven, and to see a team of young people both in the kitchen and in the dining room.

A journey through flavors I won't soon forget.
🥖To start, the Mozzarella di pane: a small steamed milk roll with Parmesan fondue, ragù, and crunchy spiced bread. A surprising bite, soft and rich, where every element blends perfectly in a truly unique balance of flavors.
🍕 Then the pizza... soft, light, and with that perfectly toasted crust that is Renato Bosco's unmistakable signature. The prosciutto literally melts in your mouth, while the base smells of tomato and tradition. A true treat for the palate.
🍰 Finally, the tiramisu: delicate, creamy, and perfectly balanced. Each spoonful is a little cloud of cocoa and mascarpone, with a texture that immediately captivates.
If you love good food and properly made pizza, Renato Bosco is a must-see just outside Verona.
Highly recommended! ✨
