I hadn't been here in ages, being on the other side of town. In the meantime, it's changed address and has grown in popularity and success.
The quality—very high—has remained unchanged. Unfortunately, the prices have also gone up, but that shouldn't be a limiting factor, at least once in a while.
Since the focus is on quality pizza, everything is geared toward it: the beer pairings, but also the after-dinner desserts.
Everything is top-notch.

One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. The restaurant offers several different types of pizza. The "regular" pizza is called "pizza tonda," near the bottom of the menu—probably not the one with which the chef can truly show off his talent, but the one best suited to palates (and wallets) without being overly pretentious. Before the pizza, you're offered seasoned bread, which is truly delicious. At the table, instead of a bread basket, you immediately find peanuts. The round pizza has a high crust that allows you to savor the soft and flavorful dough. The desserts available are just as good as the pizzas, as is their second specialty.

Excellent pizza: a unique product, technically perfect, that melts in your mouth. The highest-quality ingredients are truly noticeable.
A well-kept and clean place, with young, friendly staff; the pizza chef's greeting as you pass by your table was also greatly appreciated.
Unfortunately, the service was a sore point. I would have liked to try the pan pizza, but when I asked for the quantity, I was told to look at the table behind me, which I didn't think was appropriate or did justice to the product. Disappointed by this response, I opted for the round pizza. The service overall seemed a bit rushed, even though the place wasn't full.
It was also a bit disappointing to see that neighboring tables were offered a small piece of panettone with their coffee, while we weren't.
The menu was rather bland and often ruined, not in keeping with the brand's identity, which instead conveys great quality and sophistication.
Nevertheless, I have the memory of an extraordinary pizza. If possible, I will definitely return when I'm in Italy.

Without a doubt, the best pizza I've ever eaten. Superlative dough, both for the bread and the pizza. The service wasn't great. We asked how big the crunchy pizza was and were told, "Like the one at the table behind you." It's not very polite to turn around and look at someone else's food. Everyone who had coffee at the end of the meal was offered a sample of panettone except us, who only got our coffee. The coffee blend was rather acidic, which clashed with the quality of everything else.
