Passing through with my wife and daughter, I went to the new pizzeria in Piazza del Popolo (I was a regular at the Bakery)! Nice environment, nice and clean, a nice welcome.
We had dinner with the always appreciated proposals of the various types of dough and high quality ingredients of the pizzas!
But…..I can't say the same about the desserts on the list!
I'm sorry because I imagine that there is still a series of studies of the ingredients linked to the preparation, storage, regeneration and presentation of the dish;
Specifically, my English soup, we can "revisit" it each in our own way, but as per the recipe it is a spoon dessert, made up of sponge cake or ladyfingers with alchermes syrup, custard and chocolate cream therefore with characteristics of softness and creaminess.
Properties and composition that were not present in my 9.50 euro dessert; sponge cake slightly moistened with Alchermes, non-existent cream replaced by a mold of still semi-frozen "cream". Perhaps too hasty in serving the dessert...(there weren't many of us in the room, so there was easily time to compose the desserts with a little more attention).
I conclude this opinion of mine, not with a spirit of criticism but to improve the quality of the desserts by dedicating the same attention as the other proposals that characterize the professionalism of Renato Bosco. Until next time!

Nothing special, round pizza dough not light at all, very high prices.
However, leavened products of this type followed, so full steam ahead, I remain classic and accessible to everyone.

Pizza with excellent dough and cooking. We took a rich and well-stuffed round "Reginella" pizza, and a double crunch pizza "like toast" which was also good but the portion was a little on the right side (the only flaw: for those who are very hungry it may be a little small). Nice and welcoming environment. Friendly staff in particular Francesca who was kind, available for advice and super professional.
Good desserts too.

Nice place, very friendly but unprofessional staff (in a table of 4 the things arrived one by one with a 5 minute wait between one and the other). I took a round pizza, I didn't like it, the middle was burnt, the edges were not cooked well, the ingredients on top were excellent.

Nonostante un disguido in fase di prenotazione, il Team si è adoperato ad ovviare l’inconveniente…Locale bellissimo, Team efficace, sapori inconfondibili..Credo sia stata la mia miglior esperienza in Pizzeria..Complimenti allo Chef Renato che è riuscito a creare un’ambiente sia visivo che di gusto assolutamente di nicchia…
