The Sapore Perfetto pizzeria is located outside the historic center of Conversano.
The internal environment is intimate, spacious, welcoming.
The menu not only offers pizzas but also appetizers, first courses, second courses and much more.
Regarding pizzas, there are interesting combinations and products that are not found in all pizzerias.
There's little to say about the taste, it was good.
The staff is attentive and friendly, the bill is fair.

It was the first time I went to this place and I must say that I will gladly return. I was welcomed by the staff in an attentive, kind and professional manner and continued throughout the evening. We ordered some battered vegetables to wait for the pizzas (punctual in service) one was white with raw ham and basil and the second diavola with nduja and caciocavallo. EXCELLENT pizzas, well stuffed and easily digestible. All accompanied with a glass of wine and a couple of beers. To conclude, a chocolate cheesecake and a creme brulee. To conclude, I have already threatened to return, bringing some friends to also savor the restaurant's offerings.

It is not the first time that I have had the pleasure of enjoying excellent pizzas (and not only) from "Sapore Perfetto". Discovered by chance last year, since then we have periodically left Adelfia to eat spectacular pizzas. Mr. Nicola worked well on quality and beyond, with excellent results. I apologize for not posting a review in its favor sooner. This time I discover by chance the "Historical" rooms, once rooms for monks. Starters with excellent quality ingredients. For the pizzas I invite you to look at my photos. They speak for themselves. Impeccable service. A special mention to Imma, Leandro, Alessandra and Alba who accompanied me along the way.
