Sapore Perfetto In Conversano

Pizza for dinner with a large family group. The staff was very patient and kind. Considering the number of people, I expected a long wait, but the pizzas arrived rather quickly. Good selection, and the pizzas were delicious! The cold cuts were also good. It's definitely worth it.

We went for dinner with friends, recommended by acquaintances, as they also offer gluten-free options. While the "regular" pizzas are good, the same can't be said for the gluten-free one, which was the usual crust with the usual gluten-free flavor. I give the food 4 stars because the battered vegetables and gluten-free fries were very good. The service was very courteous, although a bit "aseptic," likely due to the need to vacate the tables quickly to accommodate other guests.

Terrific service. Ordered vegtable fried rice, cole slaw and Grilled chicken melt in your mouth-perfection! I orded beef Lasagna the cheese was the most the spicey suprise is spectaculuar! Wed like to give a very Thanks to Deborah she answered all our questions confidentally😘😘😘

Good address but a little out of the way. The place is quiet and beautiful. Even the restrooms are worth the detour.

Nice place to spend an evening with friends

The pizza was average overall but the price was too high: a margherita was €7.50 and the service was €2.50.

I'm a fan of wood-fired pizza, so every time I decide to go out for a meal, the first challenge is finding a pizzeria that uses it. Yesterday, I chose Sapore Perfetto in Conversano, and I have to say it was worth it. The place is located a bit outside the center, but it's very spacious and well-organized, with plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. The prices are slightly higher than other pizzerias in the area, but they're still affordable and, above all, justified by the use of top-quality, locally sourced ingredients. In addition to pizzas, they also offer a full catering service, so the selection is truly varied. Even though we hadn't booked, we found a table right away and were served quickly, courteously, and expertly. The pizzas we ordered arrived perfectly cooked, with a light, well-leavened dough that was easy to digest. The ingredients were plentiful, fresh, and well-balanced, making every bite a pleasure. Not to mention the wine list and, above all, the beers, both craft and classic, available both on tap and by the bottle. All in all, a positive experience that I recommend without hesitation: if you want to verify my review, just try this place! 👍😜
