The servers were really friendly. I really appreciated their attention to detail. This was an Italian restaurant I hadn't experienced before, even in Korea, so I was worried it might be out of sync with their culture. The food was also really delicious. This is the best restaurant ever!

A journey into the sea, with countless dishes to choose from, where the dining room staff will guide you through your experience. Starting with the fresh and special raw seafood, moving on to the delicate and captivating cooked appetizers. I wanted to try everything, but I'll take the opportunity to return. A well-kept, elegant, and charming venue surrounded by an empire of champagnes and various bottles that frame the setting, with the option of purchasing them.

11/11/2025: had an absolutely wonderful time at Um Roms Mille Pigneto. The service was superb - our waiter was professional, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. The food was incredibly fresh and exceptional in both flavor and presentation. Every dish tasted like it was made with care and high-quality ingredients. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an outstanding dining experience in Pigneto - I'll definitely be coming back!
11/11/2025: we got recommended by a local to try this place as tourists. short to say we were all amazed by the server Fabio who is extrmely knowlegable about the food and wines and made our experience wonderful. 10/10 reccomend

24/10/2025: What a lovely find! The best service we have had in 3 weeks of travel in Sicily and Rome. Our two waiters were so attentive and charming and knowledgeable. The food was delicious and it all had such a nice neighbourhood vibe. Very local dishes (fried artichokes and a delicious puntarelle) that you don’t see on every menu but one of the waiters was quick to come over and explain that pizza is a dinner thing in Rome and was not available at lunchtime. Top marks to him and his colleague who practised his very good French with us when he learned that we were from Montreal.
23/10/2025: A small, unassuming but very pleasant restaurant. Recommended by a local, we went there and were not disappointed. Nice menu with a good selection, and the prices are reasonable. Impeccable service and a friendly wait staff. A mix of English and French, and everyone managed to make themselves understood. I recommend it without hesitation.
