I recently visited Gino and Giovanni, and as always for years, they never disappoint. The quality of the ingredients is evident from the first bite: incredibly fresh fish, carefully prepared dishes, and balanced flavors. The service is attentive but never intrusive, and the atmosphere is welcoming and meticulously crafted. The crudo is a must-try. What can I say? Eating at Blumare is truly satisfying! Generous portions, incredibly fresh fish, and dishes prepared with passion. You can tell they put a lot of heart into everything they do, and the raw seafood is spectacular, and the raw and cooked seafood pasta deserves a second helping. If you're looking for a sincere place where you can eat well and feel right at home, this is the place. Gino and Giovanni always know how to spoil you with their dishes and recommend excellent wines.

Incredible! We ate at this restaurant, which is a feast for the eyes (the setting is beautiful and elegant, and the dishes are beautifully presented) and for the taste buds! Everything was delicious and incredibly fresh—a true culinary experience! All this was complemented by a very pleasant atmosphere, a wide selection of wines, and impeccable staff who were both professional and incredibly kind! You really feel welcome, and it's clear that this is very important to the owners...as much as the quality of the food! Hats off to them! We will definitely be back!

first time right, exploring fish restaurants in the city center we crossed this great hidden gem. it is. in the middle of prati a very nice residential arra where real romans live outside the touristic scams. we had a great dinner fish was perfect wr got tartare and fish carpaccio and a big seabads we loved all. the service is great! we will come back again! price ? you pay ehat you get, fish at market price but high quality. staff is great special thanks to Giovanni that hosted us. thanks guys see you soon

I ate at this restaurant almost by chance, but it was a fantastic experience. The freshest fish and appetizers were a cascade of exceptional raw fish, especially the raw scampi, the fantastic red prawns from Mazara, and a shrimp carpaccio (actually crushed shrimp) that were spectacular on the palate, accompanied by a glass of prosecco to welcome me. The menu continues with classic but delicious first courses, such as risotto with scampi cream, spaghetti with clams, or tonnarelli with monkfish. All delicious, I tried them myself. I didn't make it to the second courses, but I promise I'll return and try a fried or baked fish. All accompanied by an excellent bottle of wine. The location is beautiful, with an industrial-marine style, and the aquariums are beautiful, offering lobsters, crayfish, and giant king crab. There's a private indoor dining room for those who want to host private or business dinners without the hustle and bustle. The price is reasonable for the meals, but it's worth it for a top-notch evening! I already feel like a loyal customer!

A fantastic evening with German friends. From the appetizers to the first courses, main courses, and desserts, everything was delicious. The staff was up to par.
