The oxtail meatball and the eggplant mille-feuille were excellent. The carbonara was very good. Nothing to complain about. The desserts could perhaps be improved a little. The bill is a bit salty, but the quality is there.

Toda nuestra experiencia en Santo Palato fue maravilloso! Toda la comida, desde aperitivos y pastas hasta entradas y postres, eran de una calidad excepcional y estilos muy únicos que no conseguirás en ningún otro lugar. El servicio fue una gran experiencia alrededor, especialmente de Giovanni y el sumiller que nos ofreció un recorrido privado por la bodega. Sin duda recomendaría Santo Palato a cualquiera que visite Roma!

Auf jeden Fall reservieren. Klassiker aus der mittelitalienischen Küche neu und kreativ interpretiert. Das Highlight war Meeräsche, mit Leber-Majo und gebackenem Hirn. Aber auch für die nicht so wagemutigen aus meiner Familie gab es tolle Speisen. Gute Auswahl an Natural Wines und Weinen von kleinwn Produzenten (gute Beratung).
