22/12/2024: An extraordinary experience! The food was delicious, prepared with fresh, high quality ingredients. The atmosphere of the restaurant is welcoming and perfect for a special evening. The staff was very kind and attentive, always ready to satisfy every request. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy an exceptional meal. We will definitely be back!

08/12/2024: Every customer has a different experience, and as I could see on the reviews, some people got bad experiences and others got good ones. My time at this restaurant was a very pleasant moment. To start, I ordered an aranciata and a bottle of mineral water - I was thirsty after walk like a crazy tourist throughout Rome. Then I asked for an Insalata Caprese that came so fresh, with two big pieces of burrata. After I ate the best Tonnarelli Cacio e Pepe of my life. To finish, I asked for a dessert - I ate a delicious small cake made with cream and Nutella, but I can't remember the exactly name of it. Last but not least, this is an 100% authentic Italian restaurant. It has a long tradition. I could notice that they had to adapt themselves to the new reality of the city: a lot of tourists that wish to have lunch at a legitimate Italian restaurant but can't do it until 2 pm. Plus, they hired immigrants, which for me is great! This is an alert because some people are being so silly and calling La Fontanella as a non legit Italian restaurant, a scam - and they definitely are not.
