Excellent hotel. Food, rooms, and staff are absolutely top-notch. The location is priceless.

A place that enchants, heals, regenerates, and exudes warmth and tranquility. Rooms and spaces are meticulously maintained, with a very high standard of cleanliness. The wellness area features a wonderful panoramic sauna overlooking the Sassolungo. Located directly on the Panorama slope and easily accessible by skis. At night, the surrounding area is silent, and if the sky is clear, you can enjoy an incredible starry sky. The shuttle service to the village is super-efficient. The hot tub in our Superior Suite was wonderful, and the possibility of using the wellness area after checkout was greatly appreciated. Everything was fantastic, we will definitely be back. I don't know where to start. I would have liked to find some flaws to give more credibility and impartiality to the review, but I couldn't. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail, from the food to the spa to the rooms. Super friendly staff. Going out on skis is truly a dream for those who like it... really well done! We'll be back ❤️

I was looking for a different hotel Santer but look at that, you guys are a wonderful resort for wellness and holidays. Great pictures often say more than a thousand words, but we also need words that are well-disposed and vibrate high to maintain our heart level without being dependent on them. It brightens up the day and multiplies itself here on this platform worldwide anyway. I wish you a wonderful summer. It's nice that I already have you here on my phone. Yes, it is recommendable, no question.

My friend and I stayed for three nights in this wonderful hotel. Everything was perfect. The staff, the location, the views, the food - everything. The room was very spacious with a hot tub in the bathroom. It is very peaceful and perfect for hiking around Alpe di Suisi. Additionally, we used it as homebase for exploring Seceda and even Geisler Alm. Fully recommend.
