Our stay at the Hotel Santner was truly unforgettable! We were welcomed with great cordiality, and immediately felt pampered in every detail. The common areas are modern and tastefully furnished, and the large windows give a splendid feeling of continuity with the outside, completely immersing you in the surrounding panorama. The girls at the reception are very nice in their ways and know how to put customers at ease with professionalism and an always ready smile. The barman is a true master, capable of personalizing each preparation with a unique and creative touch. The dining room staff also proved to be professional, attentive and always available, contributing to impeccable service. The cuisine surprised us with dishes that were not only delicious but also beautiful to look at, with desserts that we would define as incredible and a simply amazing breakfast buffet, full of every delicacy. The rooms far exceeded our expectations: elegant, comfortable and, in many cases, with breathtaking views that leave you speechless. For skiers, the hotel's location is a true paradise: directly on the slopes, with a perfect shuttle service to reach the cable car and the point to obtain the ski pass in total convenience. In summary, Hotel Santner offers a very high level experience that combines comfort, beauty and attentive service with attention to every detail. We can't wait to return!

I stayed there at the end of August. The hotel is located in a splendid position to be able to go out comfortably on foot and start your treks without using the car. Very well kept, modern and clean facility. The staff is always available and very helpful for every need. Good cuisine and vast buffet at dinner. The jewel in the crown of the property in my opinion is the spa! Swimming pool and sauna with breathtaking views! You cannot miss out on a wonderful massage in the wellness center with the manager who manages it, highly trained and with a lot of experience in her sector. Will be back soon!!!

Very nice hotel, great staff and very tasty food. You just have to be aware that you are on the Alpe di Siusi and can only drive up and down by car until 10 a.m. or from 5 p.m. Alternatively, you would have to take the train down. This is a bit inconvenient on rainy days when you want to go on trips to other places.

And already the second year that we return to this magnificent hotel, upon our arrival a pleasant surprise: the entire modernized hall with beautiful panoramic windows overlooking the Sciliar and a spacious bar room. But let's start from the reason why we chose the hotel: direct access to the paths in summer and to the ski slopes in winter, in fact the hotel has a ski room where you go out and are directly on the slopes. The cuisine exceeded our gourmet expectations: a mix of tradition and gourmet, with preference for local and quality products. Friendliness and professionalism at the highest levels of the dining room staff, including the very nice barman Salvatore: as good at preparing cocktails as he is at entertaining customers with his cheerfulness (ps. Thanks for all the daily ice). I conclude by congratulating everyone, especially Natalie and Virginia, extremely helpful and friendly receptionists, and the owner Florian for the very high level of the hotel and its hospitality. We can't wait to return soon, we've already booked next year's mid-August holiday but we're hoping that we'll find a place for New Year's Eve 😊 Sabrina Lombardi and Johnny

Bellissima location, ai piedi della Cabinovia che porta all'Alpe. Personale molto cortese e premuroso. La pizza, cotta nel forno a legno, è davvero buona: fragrante, realizzata con ingredienti di ottima qualità, digeribilissima. La pizza migliore che abbia mangiato in Alto Adige! Buonissima anche la Pinsa. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Si mangia molto bene a prezzi convenienti. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo cenato ordinando 4 primi, 2 secondi di carne, un dolce, due calici di vino e acqua spendendo 93 €. Staff gentile e disponibile e attese brevi. Ci tornerei domani se potessi.
