Santner's In Castelrotto

I was looking for a different hotel Santer but look at that, you guys are a wonderful resort for wellness and holidays. Great pictures often say more than a thousand words, but we also need words that are well-disposed and vibrate high to maintain our heart level without being dependent on them. It brightens up the day and multiplies itself here on this platform worldwide anyway. I wish you a wonderful summer. It's nice that I already have you here on my phone. Yes, it is recommendable, no question.

My friend and I stayed for three nights in this wonderful hotel. Everything was perfect. The staff, the location, the views, the food - everything. The room was very spacious with a hot tub in the bathroom. It is very peaceful and perfect for hiking around Alpe di Suisi. Additionally, we used it as homebase for exploring Seceda and even Geisler Alm. Fully recommend.

We couldn't fault it. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, no matter what problem we came with, there was always a solution, and immediately (whether it was glue for broken shoes or air for motorcycle tires). The rooms were absolutely clean. A very nice sports and wellness area. The kitchen was fantastic; it was always exciting to talk to Christian (the head chef) about the dishes and get tips for our own cooking. :-) We'll be back.

What an amazing experience! From the time we checked in until we checked out every aspect of our stay, every detail exceeded our expectations. The staff were so friendly and professionally and addressed all of our needs and concerns with ease. Putting any concerns at rest and allowing us to feel truly relaxed. We stayed in the chalet and it was a gorgeous space with 360 views of Alpe di Susi with a double balcony so we could enjoy the sunrise and sunset! The food and drinks were outstanding, including the breakfast buffet. They deserve a Michelin Star rating for how delicious every course at dinner was, including the pork roast. The drinks were so wonderful and the bartender crafted every drink to perfection. The sauna and the pool were pristine and relaxing, with both an indoor and outdoor pool and two separate saunas. We loved this place, our only regret is that we didn’t have time to stay longer!

The area is nice, the hotel is ok. The food is a complete disaster for a 4 stars and the price you pay, they should reconsider the entire menus and products, we had 4 meals there and 2 breakfast, would not recommend.
