And already the second year that we return to this magnificent hotel, upon our arrival a pleasant surprise: the entire modernized hall with beautiful panoramic windows overlooking the Sciliar and a spacious bar room. But let's start from the reason why we chose the hotel: direct access to the paths in summer and to the ski slopes in winter, in fact the hotel has a ski room where you go out and are directly on the slopes. The cuisine exceeded our gourmet expectations: a mix of tradition and gourmet, with preference for local and quality products. Friendliness and professionalism at the highest levels of the dining room staff, including the very nice barman Salvatore: as good at preparing cocktails as he is at entertaining customers with his cheerfulness (ps. Thanks for all the daily ice). I conclude by congratulating everyone, especially Natalie and Virginia, extremely helpful and friendly receptionists, and the owner Florian for the very high level of the hotel and its hospitality. Bellissima location, ai piedi della Cabinovia che porta all'Alpe. Personale molto cortese e premuroso. La pizza, cotta nel forno a legno, è davvero buona: fragrante, realizzata con ingredienti di ottima qualità, digeribilissima. La pizza migliore che abbia mangiato in Alto Adige! Buonissima anche la Pinsa. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

A hotel to take into great consideration: the food is offered invitingly and without skimping on it, the rooms have different types and sizes and are all bright and welcoming. The location is happily decentralized, but a stone's throw from the small center of the town. In winter you put your skis on at the hotel door and in summer it is the starting point for various excursions. There is no shortage of smiles from the staff as an added service. Obviously the price is adjusted upwards and not always affordable especially in winter which is much more expensive than summer.

Tolle Location, sehr gutes essen. Geschmacklich sehr gute pizza, und die pinza sensationel. Kommen gerne wieder. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

We were warmly welcomed upon arrival. The hotel is located directly on the slopes. The view is simply stunning from every place. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, courteous and professional. Breakfast, dinner with several courses, absolutely top. 5 stars for the kitchen! It couldn't be better. Wellness area is beautiful. Thanks to the entire team for the relaxing week.

We have been going on ski holidays on the Seiser Alm for many years and always spend a week at the Hotel Santner. This is located directly on the ski slopes and is therefore easy and quick for us to reach. The hotel is always kept up to date by the Gabloner family Every year we find something new that makes our stay more pleasant. We feel at home here and are treated to regional delicacies around the clock. The chef and his team come up with new creations for their guests every day, which are always a special experience and pleasure for our palate. The service is top. The entire staff, from reception to room service, SPA, waiters, caretakers, etc., is always very friendly, attentive and courteous. We are already looking forward to the next ski holiday in 2025 at the Hotel Santner on the Seiser Alm Kind regards Thomas family

We recently spent a week at the Santner hotel. It could not have been better. The staff and the food were top-notch. Virginia, at the reception desk and Hubertus, were very helpful in assisting us navigating the many opportunities for fun in the snow. The chef created a wealth of delicious multi-course offerings on a daily basis. We cannot recommend this hotel more highly.
