Nice and popular place.
Fast and courteous service, even if between one change of dish and another we were asked to keep the cutlery, I'm not shocked but several people at our table were not happy with it. The grain of the suppli is good, the sauce and mozzarella are good, a shame about the overcooked rice. The pizzas are good, you can see that the ingredients are good and despite the consistency of Neapolitan pizza everything was light and digestible. A good pizzeria for lovers of deep pizza.

If you are in Rome and are looking for an unforgettable gastronomic experience, you can't miss Sant'Isidoro Pizza e Bolle! Although unfortunately we couldn't go inside due to the room being full, we didn't have a reservation, because being out for a walk we were attracted by the outside and decided to stop for dinner. So it's best to book to be safe. Despite this, Matteo welcomed us warmly at the entrance and immediately proposed that we enjoy our dinner outdoors. Despite the sudden cold of this period.
The real surprise was the atmosphere: the open flame mushrooms created a unique and lived-in environment that enveloped us in a warm embrace. Particular praise goes to Matteo, our waiter, who was extremely kind and professional from the first moment. He guided us in the choice of pizzas and wines, explaining to us with passion and competence the wonderful combination of pizza and bubbles.
And let's talk about the pizzas: every bite was an explosion of flavors! The dishes are a perfect balance of fresh ingredients and delicate combinations, which make every single pizza an experience to remember.
In conclusion, Sant'Isidoro Pizza e Bolle is a place where the tradition of pizza meets creativity and professionalism, making each visit a real culinary event. We will definitely return to relive this extraordinary experience. Thanks to all the staff!

We went to this place as guests for a birthday. also considering the reviews, expectations were high but, unfortunately, they were partially disappointed. Let's start with the fried foods, the cod fillet was quite tasteless and quite "watery", the supplì was good, the Mazara cone lacked the red prawn (forgetfulness?) the flavor of the prawn bisque was only appreciated at a certain point, the zest of lemon and much less mint.....
The "Neapolitan-style" pizza with a generous (perhaps too much) crust did not leave a memorable memory both for the dough and the quality of the products.
The IPA beer on tap is good even if the choice of beer is reduced to just two options (the classic "blonde" and the IPA)
The service is quick and punctual even if the urge to rotate the tables is perhaps a little too strong.
Really negative note on the ventilation system (I don't know if it was a specific or general problem of the day) so the smell of fried food invaded the room and completely soaked our clothes and therefore in addition to the quite high bill we will have to add the costs of the dry cleaners .
I wouldn't recommend it.

We went for dinner. Everything really excellent. It is necessary to book (very convenient from the website with booking confirmation on the same day). Really very good fried foods: crunchy breading on the outside and soft on the inside. The cone of meatballs with cheese and pepper was a bit disappointing (for €6.50 it's really not much). Nothing to say about the pizzas, truly delicious. You can see the research into the raw material and the very successful combinations. I personally ate the amatriciana and it greatly exceeded my already high expectations. Choice of beers a bit limited. At 9.15pm they had finished the cheesecake. In the absence of these details, it would have been a guaranteed 5 stars. However, I would happily return to eat there.

Large room inside, plus small outdoor tables with mushrooms for the cold periods.
Extensive menu also available on their website.
Classic supplì with sausage and broccoli: good, crunchy, not heavy, well cooked and stringy inside.
The Montanara, a great classic as a starter, I recommend it.
I found my provola, sausage and broccoli pizza very good and not heavy on the stomach the next day.

Prima volta in questo locale, in stile ultra moderno e comunque bello sia dentro e sia all'esterno. Come recita il mio titolo, la pizza è a livelli di eccellenza si lascia mangiare velocemente, a differenza di alcune che dopo poco rimangono poco digeribili; niente male anche i fritti e i dolci. L' unico neo è la limitata, a differenza dei vini, scelta delle birre sono solo due e a tutti i commensali non sono piaciute, sapevano quasi di medicinale. Servizio perfetto e conto più che corretto.

Zona Prati, locale moderno, ambiente interno non ampio con molti tavoli all'esterno. Tavoli ben distanziati per essere una pizzeria, apparecchiatura minimalista, buono il servizio in sala nonostante i numerosi clienti da servire. Gustosi gli antipasti, in particolare i supplì e la frittura di fiori di zucca ed alici. La pizza è tipo napoletana col cornicione, leggero l'impasto, ben farcita. Ho provato la classica Napoli che ho molto apprezzato, anche la Nerano molto interessante. Da bere propongono la Baladin alla spina. I dolci proposti seguono la moda del momento (panna cotta, tiramisù, cheesecake, ect.). Il rapporto qualità prezzo è corretto. Lo consiglio per una serata estiva in compagnia di amici.
