Sant'Isidoro - Pizza & Bolle In Roma

Excellent Neapolitan pizza paired with delicious sparkling wines. High-quality products, highly recommended.

A small but elegant restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere. We started with fried foods: a supplì, a pasta frittata, and a croquette, all truly excellent, crispy on the outside and flavorful on the inside. For pizzas, we tried the boscaiola and the one with 'nduja: both fantastic, with a perfect Neapolitan dough. My boscaiola in particular was enriched with a sublime porcini mushroom cream. We accompanied our meal with an excellent rosé sparkling wine, which paired perfectly with both the fried foods and the pizzas. For dessert, we had a chocolate cheesecake, which was very good, although I would have appreciated a slightly firmer biscuit base. The service was friendly and fast, while the prices were slightly above average, but in line with the quality of the ingredients and preparation. I highly recommend it for a top-quality Neapolitan pizza!

The food quality is undeniable, but as with the restaurant at the gasometer (San Martino), there are always issues with the service, especially the wait time (about an hour's wait for a pizza). Furthermore, when booking, we asked if they had gluten-free options on the menu and were told they didn't have gluten-free options, but that they did have some gluten-free dishes (e.g., tartare or prosciutto and buffalo mozzarella), so we booked for dinner. We sat down at the table and the waiter told us that they didn't serve these dishes for dinner, but only for lunch. Luckily, when booking, we spoke to the owner, who was also present for dinner, and they agreed. So, in conclusion, the various restaurants in the chain are worthwhile in terms of food quality, but they need to invest a little more in service, otherwise they'd lose a lot.

The best pizza we have eaten during our trip to Rome!! Perfect dough and delicious toppings. Panna Cotta was served with a Mint sauce which we didn’t like but the Panna Cotta itself was delicious. Service was very friendly! We stopped by without a reservation but the place seems to be pretty popular. Would love to visit again!!

The pizza is good, with a well-stocked selection of toppings and gourmet pizzas. The dough is excellent. Service is unimpressive. You eat outside at iron tables, not even paper placemats, and practically, under the awning, at tables in the dark... inside, it's a welcoming place.

We came here for dinner on September 23, 2025. Everything was perfect. The staff were super nice. The pizzas were delicious, with a twist—nothing fancy, but you can tell they're made with quality ingredients. We ordered the Caprichosa and the Fiori e Alici. And what a tiramisu...

Tre amici, abbiamo preso tre pizze, una Tonno e Cipolla e due Nerano, tutte molto buone; ordinato anche un cheesecake, niente di che. Birre solo nel formato 33 cl. Locale gradevole, ma rumoroso. Prezzi oltre l'attesa.

Questo posto è estremamente curato nei particolari dell'arredamento e del menù. Premetto di non essere un amante della pizza napoletana, ma per l'insistenza di un'amica che c'era già stata a cena mi sono fatta coinvolgere... per la prima volta devo dire che ho mangiato una pizza napoletana cotta sia al centro che sui Bordi, tagliando Lo Spicchio assolutamente non si piegava la parte centrale Perché ben cotta, gli ingredienti di primissima qualità posso dirlo con certezza perché non ho avuto nessun problema di digestione, e sicuramente anche per la lievitazione non ho avuto i classici disturbi notturni quando mangi una pizza che non non ha un impasto lievitato a dovere. Il servizio è attento ma non assillante, abbiamo passato una serata tranquilla nessuno ci ha pressato per liberare il tavolo. Devo dire che consiglio assolutamente questa pizzeria perché di altissima qualità in ogni aspetto.
