I can recommend it. We ordered takeout and the pizzas on site. We received a warm welcome. While the pizza was being prepared, we were given small snacks, which were very good. The ingredients were freshly prepared, and the pizzas were fresh and delicious. I'll be back next time I'm in Castro. Thank you.

I've been coming to Castro for over 30 years. This summer, for various reasons, I stayed only a few days and then had to leave urgently. However, in the evenings, I went there for dinner, ordering according to their suggestions, and once they even surprised me, making me dinner. Wonderful people, the food is literally stratospheric, everything cooked to order, the fish is incredibly fresh. For typical tourists, this is the place you don't expect. You feel at home. I highly recommend it to anyone passing through. As long as they don't take up my table, because I'll be back soon. Very friendly welcome in this authentic pizzeria (not a tourist trap) where you can eat local specialties at affordable prices. We recommend it.

WONDERFUL staff...it was my first time there and they welcomed me like family, a wonderful experience. Everything homemade, TOP food! If you come to Castro and you love good food...this is a must-see! The bill?...incredibly fair.

We ate at this restaurant twice during our three days in Castro. The servers were different, but the service was always friendly :) The pizzas were very, very good both times. The value for money is unbeatable! Thank you!

25/08/2025: I'd like to sincerely thank the owners and all the staff at Agriturismo Santa Chiara. They were always kind and helpful, ready to help us or check in. They offered us a beautiful room overlooking the pool. The included breakfast was delicious, with a nice mix of sweet and savory. Sometimes the lady cooks for guests, and I must say she's truly excellent. I absolutely recommend staying there for dinner, as it was a delicious and warm experience. The agriturismo is large and welcoming, perfect for taking photos or reading a book while relaxing in the sun by the pool. I found a bit of my hometown in them, as they are family-like, kind, and welcoming—just what I was looking for in southern Italy. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and welcoming place.

21/07/2025: As a non-fish lover, I can assure you that coming here, in Puglia, is an EXPERIENCE NOT TO BE MISSED. A wide selection of products (all fresh, of course), you choose the cooking method, there's also sushi, and above all, it's COMPLETELY GLUTEN-FREE, meaning it's heaven for those with celiac disease.
