We were looking for a restaurant open at 6:30 near the Trevi fountain and stumbled on this elegant restaurant. Polite, impeccable waiters and delicious food. Saltimbocca, the tenderest gnocchi, broccoli romanesco—all delightful. The place was empty at 6:30 which I take to be a sign that it will be favored for locals later. Old school class act.
