Regarding the staff I would like to say a few more words. Everyone is professional and friendly. Silvia and Francesco. Silvia with her bitters, that is, created by her. Fantastic, prepared and with a beautiful smile. Francesco easy-going, but always professional in describing the desserts above all. Overall, I had a really good time at home. Thanks to them. I will always carry you in my heart. Keep it up. I adore you.

Fabulous dining experience in the old town. Perfectly located along the shore line, Santa Monaca served us amazing food with an excellent and friendly service. We started with an entre from land and sea (mare e terra) but the main star of this dinner was the catch of the day, the grouper (cernia). They prepared it with pasta in a yellow datterini tomatoes, lemon and basil sauce. Simply delicious!

We were in Gallipoli for two weeks and Santa Monaca quickly turned into a place we kept on visiting. Every single dish we tried was great! The service was unbelievably friendly, fast and competent. I can only recommend, you will not be disappointed.

La comida está bastante buena, pedimos calamares, pulpo , un tartar crudo ( eso no nos gustó tanto) y una pasta que estaba buenísima. De la comida casi no hay nada que objetar. Sin embargo, la atención fue bastante mala, a excepción de una chica rubia y el chico que fueron muy simpáticos y agradables, el resto fatal.
Nos gastamos una media alta con botella de prosecco etc, y no nos pusieron pan mientras que a las demás mesas si, hasta que se lo dijimos, nada de simpatía por parte d las camareras. La verdad que la atención por su parte fatal.

Una cena fantastica con vista del tramonto sulla spiaggia della Purità!
Amo i ristoranti che osano con gli abbinamenti e che dire, questo è uno di quelli, complimenti davvero allo cheff!!
