This restaurant was a highlight of our stay. The atmosphere by the sea at sunset was magical, the fish absolutely fresh and the pasta had a very unique taste. A must visit.

This isn't just a meal; it's pure enjoyment. I've rarely eaten so well. Each dish is a highlight in its own right. You should definitely try the appetizer selection. Truly fantastic. And the friendly service leaves nothing to be desired. I'm already looking forward to tomorrow, because I've already reserved another table. Thanks for a wonderful evening.

Upscale restaurant – quality over quantity – a friendly welcome and a table as reserved, despite our 15-minute delay. We had a starter of three kinds of fish tartare, a main course of grilled salmon with grilled vegetables, and tagliata di tonno. For dessert, tiramisu with lemon sorbet was on the house. Great espresso, a great rosé wine. Fast and absolutely competent service from Sofia and Stefano. You made our last evening a wonderful one. Thank you, and keep up the good work! Best wishes 😘👍

What a blast! Not only is the food exceptionally good, it has a personality. The owner Silvia and our waiter Stephano had us in stitches the whole Meal. Two wonderful people. The dishes were unique and took the local dishes and elevated them, transforming them into delicious culinary perfection. Grazie!

A delicious dinner with a view of the sunset in Gallipoli. Expensive, but definitely worth it. Very friendly service, but unfortunately, the wait between courses was too long.

This restaurant is beautifully located with amazing sunset views - beach town vibes. We had reservations, and our table was ready upon arrival. The service was prompt and very friendly. They bring around the fresh catch of the day so you know what you're ordering. The calamari was great. The red snapper (grilled) was very dry. The seabream was deboned and easier to eat. Overall a good experience and would recommend.

Finally an excellent dinner! Definitely not a cheap place, but the dinner was impeccable. Starting from the service, the location with a sunset view and above all the quality of the food eaten. Refined dishes with very fresh fish. Recommended!!

Gli antipasti tanti e vari, buoni e molto sfiziosi e qualità eccellente. Le linguine ai ricci di mare buonissime, frittura perfetta. E per finire in bellezza i dolci... Altro punto a favore la gentilezza e bravura e accortezza degli addetti al servizio. Grazie per tutto.

09/07/2025: Welcome to Amélie, a hidden gem among the alleys of Maglie, dedicated to the art of life's small, delicious pleasures. I was lucky enough to stumble upon this restaurant with my girlfriend during our vacation in Salento a few days ago, thanks to the recommendation of some connoisseur friends. Well, what can I say? Wonderful! From the location, with an elegant and welcoming internal courtyard, to the kindness and friendliness of the staff and owner, and finally, DULCIS in fundo, a series of dishes that are spectacular for the quality of the ingredients and the mastery of their preparation. Honorable mention goes to the linguine with lime, stracciatella, shrimp, and cherry tomatoes: a riot of perfectly harmonized flavors, perfectly blended. For those venturing into this fantastic land, a stop at this gem for refined palates is an absolute must. Highly recommended!

22/07/2025: An Enchanting Treasure Chest of Flavors in Otranto! This restaurant is a real surprise in the heart of Taranto! As soon as you step inside, you're greeted by a stunning setting: terraces adorned with grape pergolas and, downstairs, a small cellar with an excellent selection of wines. We enjoyed an exceptional platter of local cured meats and cheeses, all washed down with a delicious craft beer. The owner, incredibly kind and attentive, truly made us feel at home. The local myrtle liqueur, which was kindly offered to us, was also very welcome!
21/07/2025: Amazing quality and local products. The surroundings of the back yard were beautiful.
