A beautiful place with delicious pizza. Service at the highest level! It's worth driving a few kilometers to visit this place. I recommend!!

A very beautiful location in the summer period: a village square, Gioisa Superiore, characteristic, with period buildings. We finally tasted this much appreciated pizza, it is advisable to always book, discovering a "revisited Neapolitan" pizza, better than the classic Neapolitan pizza (which personally I often found rubbery when it cools down): at Santa Caterina they have found a fair compromise for the consistency of the pizza dough and the use of high quality toppings. The result is a really good pizza, with simple and genuine flavours, without too much mess. Also worth mentioning is the home-made cheesecake, a delight. Quick service, courteous staff.

Review update July 2024 As I wrote, I went back, what can I say this time? To say that the waiters are nice and good guys is really an understatement! The pizzas are very new... we took them and... Sensing "a bit" of pizza I can only say BRAVO TO THE PIZZA MAK CONGRATULATIONS!!! very good. As an appetizer, despite being on a diet, we took the zizzona with gnocchi and ham, compliments, a great success and truly balanced and delicious. The prices of each pizza are honest given the quality and ingredients used. I highly recommend going there, I don't think you will find such quality in the area and in the nearby towns!!! Unfortunately, being inland and not on the sea, it will be little known by tourists who I invite to go because if it had been this pizzeria in my area "Taormina" it would have "rocked"!, I hope that this review will, given my reviewer pass, can help to make it known to tourists who are in the area and foreigners. One last thing, the lady at the checkout smile a little more, despite the compliment given about how we spent the evening, I thought she was offended 😂, last time the owner's niece greeted us like a true front woman. Anyway other than that. Go there!!!!!!!!!!! Review 2023 I arrived thinking it was a mediocre place but instead, a super pizzeria, the owner's niece was a bomb of kindness and friendliness. I will return... I forgot everything was good. Well done!!!

Best Pizza in the region. I can recommend the “burrata”. Lovely food.

Good pizza. A little too liquid, but I think it's for the hoax. Pumpkin flower nothing special and charged €4.50 a steal. The waiter brought the bottle of water without glasses and left. All in all a good pizza
