I would say it could have gone better. I would start with the rates which, under the same conditions and formula ("all you can eat"), seemed to me to be a little higher than those applied elsewhere (I'm thinking of other restaurants of the same kind in the province of Padua, without looking who knows Where). I would continue with the far from irresistible courtesy of some members of the staff; I am referring in particular to the waiters 🧑🏻👩🏻, certainly nervous but at times even rude (with plates banged on the table and obvious gestures of annoyance). I understand that it is difficult to work with the public and that a packed venue can transmit anxiety and apprehension to the operators themselves, however certain attitudes are annoying regardless (in any case I partially "mea culpa" for not having tried the structure on a quieter evening, perhaps during the week). We then gloss over the wrong dishes (pork slices 🐷 instead of fish 🐟) or portions that never arrived since it was all very good and well cooked (so what arrived on the table was still consumed without too many compliments). The parking lot is small and inadequate 🅿️ (but I obviously understand that miracles cannot be worked in this sense). Final gem: when it was time to pay the bill they didn't even offer us fortune cookies 🥠 (initially I thought it wasn't used here but, once outside, I noticed the basket full of discarded packages). Let's hope it goes better next time 😕.

I'm sorry but in recent times it has gotten worse especially in the service. On Monday for lunch I went there with my daughter, the place was almost full but unfortunately only 3 waiters who, running like wretches, had to serve, clear the table, answer the phone and collect the cash. The plates of food piled up on the pass and many things arrived cold for me (I don't eat sushi). Shrimp skewers not cured by the intestines, small portions that force you to order several times so the waiters have to serve multiple courses. Dishes dangerously chipped...

The service is quick, the dishes arrive at the table without long waits, clearly it also depends on the time and day you go. In summary, an excellent option for those looking for convenience and innovation without sacrificing quality.
