We've become regulars every Saturday: the owner and his partner are incredibly welcoming and kind. The place is very elegant, themed, and very clean. The fish is excellent quality and delicious. I recommend it!

Sans Soushi is always a guarantee! I've tried so many sushi places in Turin and elsewhere...but this place's offerings are truly top-notch! The atmosphere is refined and welcoming. The staff is very knowledgeable.

We went here on New Year's Eve at the recommendation of friends. The food was delicious and beautiful. The place is small. On New Year's Eve, they even offered us sparkling wine and a slice of panettone.

As a tourist from Japan, I’m very happy I spent my New Year’s Eve in Torino at Sans Soushi! The owner was very friendly, the space is nicely decorated and the food was delicious 😋 I highly recommend the Horty Orange Maki and Tempura di Verdure. Grazie!

For my first experience at an à la carte sushi restaurant, I'd say it was more than excellent! I expected the quality to be similar to an all-you-can-eat restaurant and to leave still hungry. Quite the opposite. The food was truly top-notch, with decent portions and a wide selection. Compared to an all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant, I'd go back.

12/12/2025: The takoyaki are superb! I've been going there since it opened a few years ago. The other dishes are also excellent, and the sake is unique. The staff is very friendly. The only downside is the size of the place and the smell of fried food you leave with. It's still one of my favorite gourmet stops.

The raw fish is incredibly fresh, with balanced and surprising combinations and excellent quality ingredients. Juicy and flavorful shrimp, delicate tartare, and perfectly balanced nigiri. Refined presentation, a pleasant atmosphere, and attentive service. A must-visit for anyone who loves stylishly revisited Japanese cuisine.
