Ci eravamo stati poco prima del COVID ed è rimasto come allora: un ristorante in cui si mangia un buon sushi, con molte insolite varianti. Non abbiamo trovato così eccellenti invece gli "udon", ed è per questo che non abbiamo assegnato il massimo dei voti. Per finire, troviamo un po' alti i prezzi...

Truly a beautiful and good discovery
Interesting and above all different proposals from the usual. Everything was delicious from the entree to the dessert (freshly made tiramisu: a cloud)

We discovered this place on Valentine's Day evening and, what a pleasant discovery!

On Saturday evening, there were 3 of us, they kindly found us a table even at short notice, we already knew the quality of the food, which has remained excellent over time, a simple but well-kept place, very kind service, sometimes a little distracted and certainly slow, but not excessively, in the end we were there to be together and eat some good sushi and so it was. To return.

Excellent quality and creative dishes. Or rather, alternative... an alternation of tastes of Piedmontese quality adapted to Japanese tradition but not only... Japanese cuisine also kept intact. Each dish is proposed in a creative way in terms of taste. All very good indeed... from wakame to udon and even hosomaki offered in various ways. Try the hosomaki with calamari, aubergines, tonkatsu sauce and crispy black tobiko...also special are the desserts adapted to the Piedmontese taste in rice rolls. The only flaw is the slightly high price. 3 euro cover charge when in reality nothing is given except wasabi soy sauce and ginger... 6 euro a glass but not much wine since the glass is narrow for a glass... desserts a little tight... you don't go out satisfied without having spent at least 50 60 per person... anyway the service is present and very helpful in giving explanations on all the dishes...
