Sans Soushi In Torino

Excellent quality and creative dishes. Or rather, alternative... an alternation of tastes of Piedmontese quality adapted to Japanese tradition but not only... Japanese cuisine also kept intact. Each dish is proposed in a creative way in terms of taste. All very good indeed... from wakame to udon and even hosomaki offered in various ways. Try the hosomaki with calamari, aubergines, tonkatsu sauce and crispy black tobiko...also special are the desserts adapted to the Piedmontese taste in rice rolls. The only flaw is the slightly high price. 3 euro cover charge when in reality nothing is given except wasabi soy sauce and ginger... 6 euro a glass but not much wine since the glass is narrow for a glass... desserts a little tight... you don't go out satisfied without having spent at least 50 60 per person... anyway the service is present and very helpful in giving explanations on all the dishes...

Small and nice place, kind and knowledgeable staff, even with someone who doesn't like sushi and oriental food, but they were able to make me taste excellent things, to be repeated

Small place in San Salvario in the middle of the nightlife area. Quite a rich menu with many very special uramaki, worth trying! Among those I tasted yesterday, I was particularly struck by the one with Hokkaido pumpkin and the one with honey mustard and almonds. Friendly staff, service a little slow. Good value for money!

Simple, stylish and welcoming environment. We ate several à la carte sushi dishes, all delicious and well presented, with attention and quality well above average. Accurate explanation of the dishes and attention to the customer. Try the various unique interpretations of the flavours, creative and ingenious. We will be back to try the chef's journey!

Very nice place, tastefully decorated. Very good, creative and fun sushi. We appreciated both the traditional one and the "special" versions such as the nigiri with veal with tuna sauce or the focaccia. Fair price for what is offered. The name of the place is poetry!

Nice atmosphere and certainly the best sushi in San Salvario, try it, you won't regret it

We immediately entered an intimate and welcoming atmosphere; the owner was very attentive to our needs. We recommend the maki with sea bass and onion puree, we ate our best prawn tempura and were pleasantly surprised by the mini tasting of the desserts. Highly recommended.

Posto piccolo ma molto bello e curato. Personale molto disponibile e attento. I piatti ottimi e molto belli. Il Ramen un capolavoro al palato e alla vista. I Ravioli con la crema di formaggio sublimi per finire con italian Rainbow delicati e saporiti. Posto consigliatissimo. Ci ritorneremo a breve

Siamo andati nel weekend, posto bello e particolare senza troppi eccessi. Tutto quello che abbiamo mangiato è stato sublime, dall’entree di benvenuto, al ramen, agli uramaki spettacolari per qualità ed abbinamenti di gusti. Personale molto cordiale ed attento. Ci torneremo e super consigliato.
