Beautiful discovery in San Salvario, it has become my favorite place to eat sushi. Not just conventional recipes, there are rolls with surprising ingredients and perfectly balanced flavours. Kindness of the staff, who also suggests what to choose, if necessary. Perfect atmosphere and music for an evening with "good vibes". Price within the norm, I will definitely return and I highly recommend it! Well done!

Hands down one of the best à la carte sushi in Turin. Very friendly and helpful owner. Absolutely try the ramen, we will definitely be back! Fair prices for the quality of the dinner.

I ordered to pick up on a Friday evening. Very well done site with ordering which is really functional. The food was very good, both the raw and the rolls. Delicate and innovative flavors with wise but not excessive seasonings. Digestible and quality.

Ci eravamo stati poco prima del COVID ed è rimasto come allora: un ristorante in cui si mangia un buon sushi, con molte insolite varianti. Non abbiamo trovato così eccellenti invece gli "udon", ed è per questo che non abbiamo assegnato il massimo dei voti. Per finire, troviamo un po' alti i prezzi...

02/06/2025: I frequent this delicious Japanese restaurant after a recommendation from a friend. The place is very clean and tidy. The first important thing is that they are Japanese. We thank Ria and Rachele for the impeccable and discreet service, always very attentive. Since I am allergic to various food treatments especially fish I feel like recommending this restaurant for the impeccable quality of the fish. Never had a problem. The portions are just right, each dish is taken care of in every way. The desserts are a true masterpiece. Excellent choice of wines. The appetizer offered while you are waiting for your order is appreciable. Thanks to the Matzuri staff 🌊🍤🍱🥟🍶🥢
01/06/2025: Real Japanese!!! not disguised Chinese. Perfect dishes, in taste and to be seen. The girls serving, Rya and Rachele are very kind. Since we tried Matsuri we no longer frequent other Japanese restaurants
