An exceptionally delicious and unique experience in Rome!
Ristorante Er Primo Fusion is a true culinary gem! Everything we tried was incredibly tasty – the owner recommended traditional Japanese and Chinese dishes that were fresh, flavorful, and prepared with great attention to detail.
The atmosphere is modern, stylish, and spacious. The interior has a classy feel, and the excellent air conditioning was a real relief from the summer heat. The restrooms were also spotlessly clean.
Our waitress was very professional, attentive to our preferences, and served us with a smile throughout our visit. At the end of the meal, we received a lovely gesture from the restaurant – fortune cookies and grappa as a complimentary treat from the owner, since we had never tried them before.
Overall – a wonderful experience, far from the typical tourist restaurants. If you're looking for something different, with delicious food and warm hospitality, I highly recommend it!

Ristorante Er Primo Fusion is a real culinary discovery! Everything we tried was extremely delicious – the owner recommended traditional Japanese and Chinese dishes that were fresh, aromatic and prepared with attention to detail.
The setting is modern, stylish and spacious. The interior creates a pleasant feeling of class, and the excellent air conditioning was a real salvation in the summer heat. The sanitary facilities were also spotlessly clean.
The waitress behaved very professionally, was interested in our tastes and served us with a smile the whole time. At the end of the evening we received a nice gesture from the establishment – fortune cookies and grappa as a compliment from the owner, since we had not tried them before.
Overall – a wonderful experience, far from the typical tourist restaurants. If you are looking for something different, with attention to detail, delicious food and a warm welcome – I highly recommend it!
04/08/2025: This place has very tasty food and a good atmosphere. Francesco was a very nice. Great place if you’re looking for asian cuisine. Would recommend 10/10
