"UBE" has arrived in Italy! The ube( purple yam) was refreshing and not too strong in flavor. If you want to get your steps in from the Duomo and have some delicious gelato, this is the place!

Excellent gelato, great quality. Wide selection, including gelato flavors, yogurt (delicious), and individual gelato and parfait portions. I'm always impressed by the cleanliness of the place and the refrigerators. The service...excellent! Both the owner and the clerk were incredibly kind. Highly recommended!!

Proper authentic real Italian Gelato! Busy with locals so you know it’s the real deal. Staff were brilliant but the Gelato was better. Right up there with the best.

A wonderful place. We discovered it by chance when we went to visit the Academy Gallery. Med was a wonderful person who served us! Definitely one of those places that leave a lasting impression. Thank you all!! ❤️

Always a guarantee. It is an excellent artisanal ice cream shop. Every day there are different flavors with an excellent variety along with the classics always present. The choice of semifreddi is also excellent. The staff is kind, courteous and always ready to advise.

31/10/2025: Our absolute favorite spot in Florence. We spend at least one week in Florence every year and come here for breakfast every morning. We love the great selection of dishes, the delicious coffee, the cozy atmosphere, and the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. We've also visited the other branches, but we feel most comfortable here, and the staff and food are the best. I'm already looking forward to our next visit! 😊
