I think it's one of the best places that serve bubble tea and similar in Florence, it's cheap and it's delicious, lots of variations and those who work there are always super kind and friendly! I highly recommend it if you pass by, the things they serve are super refreshing and the various desserts are also tasty!

I love this place! The atmosphere is cozy and the staff is very friendly and helpful if you’re indecisive like me. It’s also directly across from a laundromat so a big win-win if you need a place to drink something yummy while you wait. I really like the Jasmin milk tea and the ginger milk tea, especially with the salt foam on top 👌🏼👌🏼

I had a great experience, clean environment and friendly staff We ordered 2 cold matchas, one of which was soy and they were very good. Average prices for tea.

11/07/2025: We know the food here is good, but the staff is grumpy and unaccommodating. There is very little space inside and we were seated at the bar next to the cash register and way to close to another table. It was very uncomfortable and awkward; we asked to move twice to one of two free tables or the larger bar space but they rudely declined, claiming they wanted to save if other customers came, despite us being ready to order. We ended up leaving because it was too uncomfortable to enjoy a meal.
