The hotel is located in the countryside, above Modena, seen from the outside with a bad image..., an overgrown garden and a maintenance-free square.... But inside it is nice, modern, clean and technological.... The same are the rooms, It's a shame though that they are a bit small, the breakfast is decent and the staff is friendly

Fair value for money.
Two flaws:
- one flaw concerns the poorly soundproofed rooms. You can hear everything happening in the corridor.
- the second concerns the breakfast which I think is fair for what I paid but when things run out they are not replenished.

We stayed at San Silvestro for 4 nights at the beginning of April, we had a wonderful time, friendly and helpful staff, large, bright and clean rooms. When we are in the area again we will definitely be back!!

Great experience!! Clean rooms and friendly staff.. excellent service even with regards to small children, we didn't lack any comfort.. very convenient parking! .. we will return for another relaxing experience!!
