We had the eggplant pie, maccheroncino, Guinea fowl, profiterolles (real and home-made!!!!) and tiramisu. Wowza! I’d have rated the food seven out of five if that were possible. It was simply exquisite.

San Silvestro in Cantina is one of my favorite restaurants. It's in a perfect location in Bologna, right in the center of Piazza Minghetti. The food is excellent, and the staff is incredibly kind, professional, and incredibly welcoming.
Highly recommended!

I dined in one of the quietest and most refined places in Bologna. I've tried many restaurants, both Michelin-starred and otherwise, and this one definitely exceeded my expectations, even in terms of value. Highly recommended!

Very pleasant discovery during my holiday in Bologna! :-) Welcoming restaurant, excellent food, delicious dishes! Everyone was very kind and friendly! I was really pleased! Sure when I return on holiday to Bologna, I will return here :-) obviously I wanted to take the typical dishes recommended: exquisite tagliatelle with ragù, appetizer with fabulous mortadella crostini, desserts blueberry cheesecake made by them delicious! Thanks again, compliments and see you next time :-)

Bellisima location nel cuore di Bologna perfetta per organizzare un evento come la laurea di mio figlio. Devo dare la lode per la professionalità mostrata al telefono fin dall'inizio dove abbiamo concordato un menù composto da antipasto bis di primi e un seconso con vino acqua e caffè.
Tutto perfetto grazie anche all'impegno di Matteo operatore del locale chiedete di lui e veramente un grande.
