Between Turin and Nice, without much conviction, we stopped at this restaurant/chalet, but what a surprise! Very friendly service, pretty good food (especially the speck gorgonzola crepe), and very reasonable prices. €46 with 3 courses, water, coffee, and wine. There's a large parking lot and a large terrace at the foot of the mountains. It was perfect. A stop to remember! Not to be missed on the road; I highly recommend it.

It's a special place, with spectacular views and excellent service. Highly recommended if you come here. You can also sleep here. And the dinner we had was very reasonably priced.

The outside is typically mountain-style and modern, while the inside feels very old-fashioned! The food is good and varied (until a certain hour!), but the staff is incompetent and clumsy (2025): you have to ask for condiments, otherwise they'll bring tomatoes without salt or oil (!), and the same goes for the parmesan.

09/07/2025: We visited this pizzeria for the gluten-free pizza, and everyone who tried it complimented the pizza chef on how good it was. A great option for celiacs in the Cuneo area.
30/04/2025: Restaurant, pizzeria, pub, mélange des genres qui en fait peut-être un endroit chaleureux selon l'heure mais étant arrivé à l'ouverture et en semaine, un peu perdu dans l'espace restaurant. Steack hamburger Angus excellent pour mon épouse, gnocchis frits crudo di parma pour moi tout aussi excellent. Si la qualité des mets et le prix sont dans la moyenne, la qualité du service et l'accueil assez froid gâchent un peu l'expérience, à voir un soir plus animé...

Trattoria dei Cacciatori

15/04/2025: Gran bel posto, di diritto nell’olimpo gastronomico del Roero secondo me. Menu semplice e tradizionale ma non proposto alla buona come accade con forse l’80% della concorrenza, in zona, in Langa o come anche a Torino. Qui piatti scontati sono creati da manuale, e accompagnati da una scelta di vini che può far divertire. Il locale anche mi piace troppo!!! Un ristorante su una classica strada provinciale, ma le osterie sono questo in fondo, luoghi di passaggio in cui rifocillarsi. Prezzo appena maggiore del solito ma giustificato da tutto.
23/03/2025: Si tratta di un locale tipico piemontese con cucina langarola basata su ricette tipiche e materie prime di ottima qualità. Accoglienza: ottima, servizio: buono, cucina: buona, carta dei vini: buona, prezzo: corretto. Da provare e consigliare a tutti gli amanti delle trattorie piemontesi.
