San Michele Sud Experience In Padova

Nothing to say about the pastas which were good and there was also a decent variety in the proposals, including lactose-free solutions. I give 3 stars to the service because two glasses of water were added to the bill... unexpected, even more so from a place that says "sud experience"

The best pain au chocolat in Padua!

We were a little disappointed by our visit to this pastry shop, which presents itself as a specialist in typical Apulian products. Despite the eye-catching appearance on social media, where the desserts and delicacies looked inviting and fresh, the actual experience was far from satisfactory. The aspect that struck us negatively was the price: the products are definitely too expensive compared to the quality they offer. Despite the name and fame of this place, we found nothing to justify the exorbitant prices. The desserts, unfortunately, did not have the flavor and freshness we expected, resulting drier and less tasty than promised in the online photos. In summary, a great disappointment compared to the expectations created by the posts on Instagram, which seem to have built an image far from the reality of the product and the overall experience. We cannot recommend this pastry shop, especially considering the prices are too high compared to the actual quality.

Siamo rimasti un po' delusi dalla nostra visita a questa pasticceria, che si propone come specialista dei prodotti tipici pugliesi. Nonostante l'aspetto accattivante sui social, dove i dolci e le prelibatezze sembravano invitanti e fresche, l'esperienza reale è stata tutt'altro che soddisfacente. L'aspetto che ci ha colpito negativamente è stato il prezzo: i prodotti sono decisamente troppo costosi rispetto alla qualità che offrono. Nonostante il nome e la fama di questo posto, non abbiamo trovato nulla che giustificasse i prezzi esorbitanti. I dolci, purtroppo, non avevano il sapore e la freschezza che ci aspettavamo, risultando più secchi e meno gustosi di quanto promesso nelle foto online. In sintesi, una grande delusione rispetto alle aspettative create dai post su Instagram, che sembrano aver costruito un'immagine ben lontana dalla realtà del prodotto e dell'esperienza complessiva. Non ci sentiamo di consigliare questa pasticceria, soprattutto considerando i prezzi troppo alti rispetto alla qualità effettiva.

Place with ample space and tables, both indoors and outdoors, with excellent home-made pastry options. Trained, courteous and quick staff.

They don't judge you if you eat more croissants :)) Jokes aside, it has always been a perfect place to have breakfast with sweet and savory dishes of excellent quality and generous dimensions :) The food is good and the prices are average for the rest of the bars in Padua, plus the staff is super friendly and attentive, you just have to try it :) Really highly recommended

Delicious and original brunch, the staff is very kind and quick, you can see the passion they put into it. I will definitely be back!

Too bad (or fortunately for the line) I don't live closer! I have known this place for several years, but unfortunately I am not able to frequent it as much as I would like, as I don't live nearby. However, all the times I manage to go are memorable, including the last one, in which we literally ordered every single product on the menu. Everything was exceptional! I can't wait to come back to try brunch and aperitifs!

Nice place Tidy Delicious Maritozzo cream. Unfortunately, however, the presence of chocolate in the Sicilian cannoli was not specified on the tag... I would recommend specifying this on the tag because it can be a serious problem for allergy sufferers
