Small bistro run by a gentleman alone in the kitchen and a lady at the service. Excellent starters and absolutely sublime first courses. The chef prepares fresh pasta (excellent) and follows the seasons. We visited in spring so many dishes with asparagus. For the quality, very honest prices and generous portions. A must if you are in the city and also worth a detour from the surroundings.

Excellent food and service. Second time I have been here and the lovely lady helps us translate the menu as we are from Scotland. The local food is so nice and we will be back next year.

Small restaurant behind the Contà hotel, which has now become a fixed stop for dinner every time I come to work in these parts. For work I often eat in restaurants and I must say that the San Martino bistro never disappoints me. The place is small, very intimate and quiet, ideal for relaxing and giving yourself a little pleasure after many hours of work. Tasty dishes and excellent quality ingredients, the wines are also very good. Friendly staff, very attentive and prepared. I can't wait to go back and try new dishes!

You cannot even imagine how delicious the homemade pasta is. Have been there twice and will always come back when in town. Nicest service ever witnessed - everything just perfect. Update: again, it was so fantastic! See the pictures below 🤩

07/05/2025: Visited for the first time with friends for lunch. Definitely not an ordinary location, very well looked after and unique. Fast, courteous and professional welcome. Service worthy of a starred restaurant, as well as the quality of the dishes and presentation. The wine list is excellent. First-rate dishes without complaining about the quality and freshness of the ingredients (in our case fish). I would say excellent from every point of view; only flaw: too much speed between one dish and another!! Despite this, the staff is very well trained and qualified, which also facilitates the taste and participation of the diners in the explanations of the various dishes served. Highly recommended and recommended; prices! definitely above average but commensurate with service and quality, highly recommended!!
30/04/2025: Invited by my eldest son for my birthday with the family, we were very satisfied with the menu, the service and the location.
