I ordered room service during my stay and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The food arrived on time, beautifully presented, and still hot. Each dish was tasty and prepared exactly as requested. The delivery staff was friendly, professional, and very attentive. Overall, the service made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended.

We went to Toscolano over the weekend because the sun had come out, and after days of bad weather, it was a must to see the lake, so after a stroll around the village we stopped in the square to eat, facing the lake to enjoy the view. The restaurant, connected to the hotel, offers a varied menu, I would say complete, tables not crowded and even space for dogs; we ate well, and were served equally well; the cost is average, 20-30 euros per person, so in line with the fact that it is now out of season, which you like a lot; if you get the chance, it is worth the expense and the view is free.

I slept here for one night. I also had breakfast included at an affordable price for all budgets, very clean rooms, very clean linen, hot water non-stop and quiet. Hotel located right next to the cliff. The view of the lake is truly amazing for a perfect morning! The owner and the employees are very nice, respectful and very understanding. They even let us stay in the room after check-out. Often in the morning it takes a little longer to wake up and get going again. They didn't stress us out and this mattered a lot to me. And they didn't charge us either. Compared to the other hotel where I slept the night before and the next day at 10 am, they didn't even give us the opportunity to pay for an extra hour and they didn't even inform us in advance that it wouldn't be possible. The owner is a kind-hearted man with a lot of common sense, he even served me a cappuccino on the house upon departure! I will definitely be back! 😍 💚🤍❤️
