Truly exquisite dishes, incredibly fresh fish, and a well-stocked wine cellar with a vast selection of wines from all regions and even abroad. Excellent presentation and service. I recommend trying it, especially for the fantastic raw fish.

I happened upon it during a wine pairing evening with a tasting menu led by a guest sommelier. I was pleasantly surprised by everything: a beautiful location, probably even more beautiful in the summer, excellent food, and good service. I'll definitely be back!

I booked at San Demetrio in Cesena, drawn by the recommendation of someone I know. And the opportunity arose on a terrible evening with a downpour. I must admit that, in addition to the truly excellent seafood and the attention to detail, we were amazed by everyone's attention to the customer. A feeling that's difficult to explain, making you feel at ease throughout the entire time spent in the restaurant. The waiter was always more than discreet but at the same time very attentive, and speaking of the quality/price ratio, I'd say it's truly amazing, given the fact that the dishes are delicious. What can I say? We were very satisfied and will definitely be back at the first opportunity. Well done.
