Great place to go, I would recommend getting the menu

Stasera sono stata qui a cena col mio ragazzo, il cibo è stato davvero sublime. Abbiamo preso una tartare di tonno a testa ed era davvero ottima. Io ho preso un pacchero all’astice che è stato poesia per le mie papille gustative. Lui ha preso un tagliolino con vongole bottarga e battuta di gambero, non sto nemmeno a spiegarvi la bontà di ogni singolo ingrediente. Per ultimo, ma non per importanza, il servizio. Mattia, il ragazzo che ci ha servito, oltre ad essere super competente e super preparato, è di una gentilezza e disponibilità unica. Grazie. Siamo stati molto felici della serata.

Sono tornato dopo qualche mese in questo ristorante per vedere se la prima impressione positiva veniva confermata ed il giudizio è stato molto buono. Ho apprezzato particolarmente il risotto cacio e pepe, veramente molto gustoso ed il dolce al mascarpone e fichi caramellati(davvero una buona idea). Cantina dei vini ben fornita e servizio gentile ed efficiente. Non ho dato il massimo del giudizio per due motivi: ho trovato il gratinato di crostacei non troppo saporito e, a mio giudizio, i tempi di attesa tra una portata e l'altra sono stati un tantino lunghi. Detto ciò, considero complessivamente la serata del tutto positiva e tornerò quanto prima.

Restaurant located in an extraordinary and impactful position. The place is very well kept and offers a good choice of dishes. We tried some proposals for a dinner with a predefined menu. Excellent service and friendly staff.

San Demetrio 6 star restaurant not 5, our evening and our experience was fabulous. We were greeted by friendly, helpful and smiling staff but above all very knowledgeable and attentive. We enjoyed two excellent menus, sublime, excellent quality of the products, delicious combinations, two tasting menus of 70 adding a great raw fish. For my daughter we ordered an incredible spaghetti with sardines and chopped pistachios. The photos perhaps speak for themselves. This belongs to the places of the Heart and which we will sometimes allow ourselves. The location is magical, flowers, perfumes, environment, background music. Everything for a perfect evening on the first hills of Cesena
