I had a truly wonderful meal, and it's not the first time!
The tagliatelle with lucanica sausage and Baldo truffle were out of this world! You can definitely taste the attention to quality ingredients! I would have thought the pasta was homemade, it was so good! Congratulations!
Everything was executed to perfection!
The staff was also very friendly!
Highly recommended!
I'll definitely be back!

Excellent restaurant that combines Trentino tradition with the most recent Indian cuisine...an excellent combination that makes this restaurant a real pearl. From the chef who knows how to represent the dishes with great elegance to the dining room manager who with her smile knows how to give information and advice on the menu in a polite and competent manner. Raw materials of excellent quality, impeccable service, very neat and clean location. A place of the heart ❤️

Under new management, the San Colombano restaurant in Rovereto has introduced Indian cuisine, and I can say without exaggeration that it is the best I have ever tasted! Authentic dishes, intense and perfectly balanced flavors, all in a welcoming and well-kept environment. A perfect mix of tradition and innovation: I will definitely be back!

What can I say... first time in this restaurant a pleasant surprise. Hygiene, kindness of the staff and a lot of attention towards the customer but what is really important is FABULOUS Trentino food and Indian food, congratulations guys, keep it up 🌻

Un ambiente accogliente e un'atmosfera rilassante ci ha accolto. Abbiamo optato per i piatti tipici della tradizione trentina, dal "Tortel di patate della Val di Gresta", agli "Strangolapreti al burro versato" e come secondo "Bocconcini di coniglio al forno con polenta di Storo", ogni portata è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Cucina squisita con un servizio impeccabile. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ci torneremo.
