San Colombano In Rovereto

Two souls: unexpected but surprising! We were amazed to find a restaurant that presents traditional Trentino cuisine and, with the management taking over from the old owners, has also introduced Indian cuisine! Both left us satisfied, together with the kindness of the service and the cleanliness of the environment, classic and welcoming. Well done!

Good impression as soon as we entered as the kitchen had the doors open showing the cleanliness and the chefs at work. Friendly and smiling dining room staff, as soon as we entered they offered us a glass of prosecco and a potato omelette with lard. Good risotto and strangolapreti elegantly plated. Excellent homemade tender cake. Absolutely positive opinion

We went to this restaurant last night and today for lunch. The place is truly top, the staff is very kind and very helpful to every customer's need. The food is excellent and very varied. The price is normal. If you want to feel pampered this is the right place. I will definitely return. There are two very large and convenient car parks outside the restaurant. I highly recommend it.

Prendere il testimone della precedente gestione non era per niente facile e molto rischioso e e’ quindi con grande piacere che sottolineo la bravura di questi ragazzi che hanno saputo mantenere la squisitezza dei piatti della tradizione trentina, senza trascurare la qualità dei prodotti, e la gentilezza con cui si pongono al cliente. Abbiamo gustato la carne salada, il tortel di patate con lo speck, un misto di verdure fritte con ricetta indiana servite con una salsa allo yogurt davvero buona, il guancialetto di vitello su letto di polenta di storo, bocconcini di coniglio con la polenta, un’ottima soffice e delicata panna cotta con mirtilli “veri”, un buonissimo tiramisù fatto in casa, tutto ottimo! Avendo parenti a Rovereto, veniamo abbastanza spesso in questa città e il San Colombano e’ sempre stato un punto di riferimento che ci offre garanzia di buon mangiare e siamo felici di aver constatato che continuerà a esserlo! E la prossima volta assaggeremo anche i piatti della loro tradizione… Bravi bravi!

Confermo precedente recensione. Cambiata gestione, ora in mano a gestori di nazionalità indiana. Oltre al menù di cucina italiana c'è anche menù di cucina indiana. Pulito, curato, cibo buono e prodotti di base di prima scelta. Prezzi sotto la media. Consigliabile
