A little over two months after our "I do," we're still receiving compliments and praise from family and friends for the perfect success of our wedding... Much of this is undoubtedly thanks to San Bernardo Ricevimenti. The venue, immersed in the pristine nature of the Sila Mountains, is simply enchanting. In addition to the professional and impeccable service, the dishes, prepared with dedication and care, using fresh, high-quality, local ingredients, were truly exceptional! We highly recommend them for weddings or other ceremonies. P.S. A Perfect Banquet of Flavor and Elegance. ​I had the pleasure of celebrating a special occasion, my nephew's graduation party, with a banquet prepared by Executive Chef Gustavo Congi and his daughter, Lady Chef Denisia Congi. ​Despite the close friendship and respect that bind me to the Congi family, I cannot help but express my sincere appreciation. Their cuisine was simply sublime. ​The dishes showcase the finest local ingredients, which, crafted with professionalism and love, are transformed into creations of the highest quality. Each course was presented with elegance and refinement. The risotto with crispy green beans, pumpkin cream, and grilled bacon was particularly noteworthy. ​A dish that celebrates autumn and the richness of mountain flavors. The rice was cooked to perfection, with the grain al dente, enclosing the heart of starch. Chefs Gustavo and Denisia succeeded in creating a vibrant contrast, masterfully balancing creaminess and crunchiness. Aesthetically, it was a unique culinary canvas of brilliant and lively contrasts. ​In short, the long-standing professionalism and experience of Executive Chef Gustavo blended beautifully with the innovative and creative touch of Lady Chef Denisia. ​In short: a perfect banquet that expertly combined elegance, flavor, and refinement. My heartfelt congratulations to both of them, also on behalf of the "little expert." Super!!!!! ​

In the heart of the Sila, just steps from San Giovanni in Fiore, Camigliatello, and Lorica, lies this lovely restaurant that serves traditional local products, revisited, cooked, and presented with exquisite flair. Everything is truly exquisite, complemented by the helpful staff. The pastry shop is noteworthy, and in my opinion, it's one of the best in the area. The dining room is elegant and spacious. The gardens are beautifully kept.

We were there on Ferragosto (August 15th) and had a great time. Good food, very kind waiters, beautiful and elegant location. We'll definitely be back ☺️

Martina & Pier Paolo Our wedding was simply perfect, and much of the credit goes to the stunning location and delicious food at San Bernardo Ricevimenti. We couldn't have made a better choice: the outdoor ceremony was fabulous, with attention to every detail and the bride and groom's requests catered to. The romantic atmosphere enchanted all our guests. The food was all delicious, from the rich and varied aperitif to the exquisite main courses, prepared with meticulous attention to detail. The dessert buffet delighted each of our guests, with a wide selection. The wedding cake was perfect, special, and unique. Many of our guests complimented us on the quality and abundance of the food. The organization was impeccable, as was the service. Care and attention were paid to us, our needs, and the timing of the various moments of our day. Our requests were listened to and carefully fulfilled. A special thank you goes to Chef Gustavo. We absolutely recommend this splendid location in the heart of the Sila Mountains!

Marco and Deborah We got married on August 9, 2025. What can I say? We chose San Bernardo without a doubt. We felt at home from day one. We were advised and supported in choosing our menu. Compliments go not only to us, but especially to all our guests, who had a wonderful time. Chef Gustavo and Chef Denisia are a winning and unique duo in creating high-quality dishes. Despite a less than positive experience a few years ago, which made me skeptical about attending this latest event, I must admit there has been a significant improvement in the overall service. The banquet dishes were very good, the wait staff was helpful, and the atmosphere was comfortable. The aperitif and buffet in the outdoor area were also excellent. Perhaps I'd just try to find a way to make them flow more smoothly and a little less chaotic for larger receptions. The venue also has ample parking.

We chose the San Bernardo Ricevimenti restaurant for our big day. It was a wonderful day, with every detail taken care of by the entire staff, from the wonderful and delicious aperitif to the desserts. Everyone was so kind and helpful. San Bernardo Ricevimenti My favorite place, the place where I grew up as a waitress, the place where I always felt at home, the place where you started work with a smile and finished the same way. Then you grow up, you get to the most important day of your life, you have to choose a room, you have to choose it carefully; you can't let your guests eat badly. I had no doubt it was the right place, my Chefs Gustavo and Denisia, my sweet Vittoria who is invisible but is there with hard work, the waiters who are "partly" friends from "work"... Everything went perfect, from the menu to the location... The guests still talk about how great they ate, the professionalism during the service, and how they felt all day in that place "of my heart." Immensely unique... Pietro and Clara We couldn't have chosen a better location for our wedding day! In the heart of our wonderful Sila! A welcoming place inside and out! Starting with the aperitif, with delicacies freshly prepared by our chef Gustavo and our sweet chef Denisia, freshly prepared mozzarella, fried mozzarella, etc....so delicious! Kindness and hospitality! You made us the stars of our fairytale at its best! The staff was unique and friendly. You paid special attention to guests with food intolerances, substituting equally unique, tasty, and appreciated dishes! Thank you for making our day unforgettable!
