22/01/2026: 🍽️ Fusion – Turin 🍽️ A true gem in the heart of Turin 💎 Located on Via Alessandro Volta, in a super convenient location, just steps from the city center and all public transportation 🚶‍♂️🚋. I had the pleasure of eating at this beautiful restaurant, where Domenico brings something truly special to the table ❤️ His cuisine is rooted in the South, specifically the Foggia area, and elegantly and surprisingly blends with Piedmont and Japan 🇮🇹🇯🇵. What's truly impressive is the quality of the products 🌾🫒 Domenico proudly explains that the flour, oil, and many other ingredients come directly from his family—authentic, genuine products that make a difference with every bite. 🍣✨ Carefully prepared dishes, clean flavors, a strong identity, and a passion that is palpable. An original, sincere, and top-notch gastronomic experience. 🔝 Highly recommended! I will definitely be back 😍👏

11/01/2026: An interesting place offering a menu of unconventional dishes, especially (but not exclusively) fusion pizzas with ingredients drawn from both Italian and Asian cuisines, with surprisingly (and pleasantly) surprising results. The pizza dough is also good, and the atmosphere is very relaxed, quiet, with pleasant, low-volume music that doesn't prevent conversation at the table, and the staff is extremely friendly (which is not a given).
