Five well-deserved stars! The atmosphere at Caffè Bristot is always great thanks to a truly talented team. I'd especially like to highlight Davide (Olly): professional, always smiling, and capable of instilling an extra edge in service. It's rare to find such friendliness combined with expertise. Great Olly, and congratulations to the whole team!

The sloping outdoor seating area somewhat ruins the dining experience. The Spritz is a bit too watered down.
