Very pleasant surprise in the heart of Turin: we started with an appetizer of typical mixed cheeses and cured meats of the highest quality. Next, I tasted the scallops with pear and potato mustard: a simple but refined dish, in which the delicacy of the meat combined perfectly with the sweetness of the mustard. The stuffed potatoes are also excellent. But the real masterpiece was the dessert: the bonet, a typical Piedmontese dessert made with chocolate and amaretti, served with a glass of Barolo Chinato, so good that I had an encore!
An experience to remember also for the kindness and friendliness of the dining room staff who contribute to the welcoming and familiar atmosphere. The service is impeccable and the staff is attentive to the customer's every need.
I highly recommend this restaurant to those who want to savor the true flavors of Piedmont.

Very kind staff, from the owner to the waiters, all very helpful and friendly, there is no shortage of jokes. Quality products and excellent cuisine!! Great variety of choices on the menu.
Atmosphere of a classic Piola/Piedmontese trattoria.

A picturesque and characteristic restaurant serving excellent Piedmontese cuisine, located in the heart of the Roman Quadrilatero of Turin. The staff on duty is very courteous, helpful, professional and is always attentive to the various needs and requests of the customer. Table service is punctual and quick. The dishes offered are of absolute quality and indisputable freshness of the raw materials, from starters to desserts, prepared with competent skill, because the philosophy of this pleasant place is to focus decisively on niche products, as can be seen during their sublime tasting. The range of regional wines is also very varied. As a Turin native, I am proud that in our city there are places like this, which make the export of subalpine food and wine culture their mission. Locale non enorme nelle vicinanze della zona della movida, tranquillo, spartano, accogliente e conveniente. Menù piemontese della tradizione con antipasti, taglieri, primi, salumi, formaggi insomma un classico di cui non pentirsi vista la buona qualità delle materie prime. Valido sia per una cena che per uno spuntino o merenda sinoira. personale simpaticissimo. Da tornarci volentieri.

Ero già stato qui prima del covid e avevo trovato buon cibo e servizio.
Sono tornato più volte di recente e posso confermare: menù vario, cibo buono da prodotti freschi, il servizio senza pecche. Conto in linea con quanto mangiato.
