Unfortunately, I would not return.
Starting from the beginning: I booked on the site and when they said "we will contact you soon" I was never contacted. In fact, I booked twice.
The guy is very nice, however the service is very rushed and we felt like we had to eat in a hurry and leave immediately.
Moving on to the dishes, the mixed starter is good, classic. We had asked for one, it's a shame that at the checkout they marked two, obviously we had eaten it. But, since it was just one dish, we couldn't know. We just thought the portions were generous.
We then had tagliatelle with hare ragù and tagliolini with sausage cooked in Castelmagno wine and mushrooms were written on the menu.
Too bad that, at a certain point, the waiter comes out and said "TODAY THERE ARE NO MUSHROOMS BUT FRESH ARTICHOKES".
We honestly wish we had known earlier so we could have ordered more.
Another flaw about these two dishes: the meat tasted the same. I'm not sure if the ragù was hare, ditto for the sausage. It was simple red meat ragout.
It's not a big deal if there have been variations in some dishes during the day, the customer would simply like to know beforehand.

First time in this place, found by chance.
Rustic atmosphere, typical of a tavern.
Fast service and excellent food, with good value for money. Staff with a strong sense of humor (you have to play along).

Este es un lugar inusual, que sirve comida fabulosa y vino que está increíblemente bien - precio por la calidad que se ofrece. El Maitre d' es histérico y se le debe ofrecer su propio programa de televisión - - realmente nos mantuvo entretenidos e hizo nuestra noche junto a la maravillosa selección de comida.

An authentic Piedmontese piola where you can enjoy well-cooked typical regional dishes accompanied by an excellent ruchè. If you succeed, leave room for dessert, which is not to be missed. The warm tavern atmosphere and the kindness of the staff are a unique side dish. Thank you

Siamo arrivati al locale per le 14 quindi molto in ritardo rispetto al pranzo .
Il servizio però è stato veloce e nonostante tutto siamo riusciti a mangiare abbastanza in fretta .
In 2 abbiamo preso 2 primi e 2 secondi poi mezzo di vino e mezzo di acqua per un totale di 45 euro .
Prezzo molto competitivo considerando la posizione , pressoché centrale .
Se posso fare un appunto sostituite le bottigliette di plastica con il vetro .
