I would have given it 5 stars, because the atmosphere, the staff, and the food are truly worthy.
The only problem is what I believe to be the elderly owner.
She's incredibly rude; besides giving us a minute to order, she was always rude and unhelpful. All she needed was for her to tell us to go to hell, but you could almost feel the intent.

Excellent Piedmontese restaurant, with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The food is excellent, offering well-prepared Piedmontese dishes. We used the The Fork discount without any problems, but even without it, the prices are still among the best in the area.

A nice place, but... very cramped. Unfortunately, the atmosphere isn't comfortable: the space between tables is truly minimal, and customers can find it uncomfortable to squeeze in or constantly be careful not to disturb other tables, which are far too close together. Going to the restroom is also... a slalom. I understand that, being in the historic center, there's no way to save space, but perhaps a few fewer tables would allow for better flow, rather than generate more money, but at the expense of customer comfort. Basically, if you're willing to squeeze in for a good meal, fine; otherwise, you might find yourself feeling uncomfortable.

A Turin friend recommended this place! A Sunday lunch with my four friends—the result? A pleasant surprise, and "a Sunday lunch that makes you feel right at home"! Excellent food, good service. The gnocchi, tagliolini, and agnolotti were excellent. We ordered two appetizers with local products, which were truly delightful! The atmosphere is very rustic; we ate on the lower level, a sort of cellar, which is very characteristic but, in our opinion, could use some more attention to convey that warm, welcoming feeling!

Buon pranzo in zona centrale, servizio disponibile, prezzi abbordabili, cibo buono, da osteria. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente i tagliolini con salsiccia e castelmagno, sfiziosa l’idea dei taglieri con assaggi, buoni anche i secondi.
