All good, both cheeses and cured meats, excellent bread and focaccia, excellent Tuscan livers, in short, everything was delicious and the staff were very kind and helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND VERY GOOD

Trained, helpful and kind salespeople. Wide, indeed, very wide availability of very high quality products produced no more than 15-20km from the shop. Prices a little high compared to other types of shops (food and large-scale distribution), but nevertheless largely justified by the quality of the products sold. During the holidays they offer pre-assembled gift baskets at more than fair prices.

We are in the region several times a year and a visit to “Salumeria Triglia” is a must. We used to drive up to Gobmitelli. Now it's easier in Viareggio. For me, Triglia is clearly number 1 when it comes to everything you could want when it comes to “tagliere di salumi e formaggi”. However, my clear favorites are “Salami Finocchio” and “Crema di Lardo”, a poem.

22/03/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant because we were given a Smartbox gift box, it seemed to us the most interesting restaurant in the area to try. We didn't have great expectations because we are not fans of this type of gift box, instead we had to change our minds. It was a pleasant discovery, the smartbox includes 3 courses (appetizer + first course + dessert) and also includes amous bouche, pre-dessert, small pastries, we didn't think so and it was pleasant. The dishes were delicious, the ingredients were quality and with perfect combinations. The staff was kind and the service was fast. The location is more like a wine shop than a restaurant, but still pleasant. We will definitely return to try the à la carte menu or the tasting menu.
