Great spot for breakfast. They’ll make you any sandwich you want with quality ingredients. Generous fillings. Loved our mortadella and prosciutto sandwiches. We were also able to choose our breads out of a big selection. No line. Nice little table outside to eat by the quiet street.

Found this place the first day in my hostel and came back every single day. Tried something different each time and it was fantastic. The last day I asked the shop owner to make his choice of sandwich “La tua scelta”, my only dissapointment is that I won’t be able to take this place with me.

Passing by for a business meeting, I was recommended this delicatessen for a quick sandwich. Frequented by those who work in the area, it's a must-try. The owners were incredibly kind, and they offered wonderful sandwiches of various types with every imaginable flavor: olive, pepper, and eggplant pesto, along with sautéed vegetables, cheeses, cured meats, and much more. Unfortunately, due to dietary restrictions, I had to limit myself to a bresaola, parmesan, and arugula sandwich, drizzled with olive oil and Modena balsamic vinegar. But while I was enjoying it inside, I saw many other fantastic sandwiches being made. A truly magical experience: I'll definitely be back as soon as I can. Highly recommended!!!

Toute petite boutique mais quel accueil chaleureux !!! Possibilité de manger sur le pouce, de composer son sandwich ou d’acheter de la charcuterie (morceau ou à la coupe) et de la mettre sous vide (comme nous, touristes, pour la ramener sans risque dans les valises). Et c’est délicieux !!! Oubliez les supérettes de proximité pour vos sandwichs! Go!! À 10 min à pieds du Métro Castro Pretorio / 15min à pieds de Termini. Merci cher Monsieur pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse !

The warm and intimate atmosphere won us over immediately, but the real highlight was the owner, who served us with truly rare kindness and care. She pampered us from start to finish, making us feel right at home. We recommend this experience to anyone seeking a special moment, characterized by good taste and attention to detail.

Il Desiderio Preso Per La Coda

10/10/2025: We've been to many restaurants, but none as exceptional! The restaurant is in a somewhat remote location; we were the first to arrive, and when we left, there was only one local and two families. Right in the middle of Rome, it's incredible! The waitress was incredibly kind, very patient, and took the time to explain everything on the menu. Regarding the main course: I'd never tasted such tender, juicy, and flavorful meat. The desserts were also exceptional. Having tasted one tiramisu a day, it was the best! We often talk about it, and the common conclusion is: we can't wait to go back! Best discovery in Rome. When we wanted to go back before leaving, we learned it was a public holiday, but we can't wait to go back and try other specialties!
07/10/2025: Very delicious food. Seafood Spaghetti is super good.
