After a big day of exploring Rome, we were hungry before heading back to the hotel. Admittedly, it was toward the end of the day so the shop was already packing up but they found time to help us out, making a delicious, loaded sandwich with pesto, prosciutto and bufala before toasting it gently. It was so good and weight about 1kg - delicious
