Nestled in one of Salento's most beautiful historic centers, that of the stunning town of Galatina. A casual, homey restaurant with excellent food and local produce. Special thanks to Fabiola, who welcomed us with her warmth and professionalism, making us feel right at home. Highly recommended.

Hello. We spent a lovely evening at this beautiful restaurant in the historic center of Galatina. We ate delicious Roman pinza, a good house wine, and a platter of quality cured meats and cheeses. What can I say? Fantastic. As a true gourmet, I recommend it. It's a must! They also have another restaurant nearby where you can enjoy homemade Salento cuisine. Compliments to Luigi, the owner, and to Marco and the girls who work there. Highly recommended!

Delicious food, a place definitely worth visiting. Quintessential Italy – delicious, reasonably priced, and with an unmistakable atmosphere. I recommend the house wine and the pinsa!

Salumeria di Turno is one of those places that makes you want to return even before you've finished your glass. For those looking for a truly delicious (and not just "acceptable") gluten-free aperitivo, this is the place. The platters are generous and well-curated. The service also makes a difference: Marco, the waiter, was extremely kind and knowledgeable. He carefully explained each product to us and made us feel completely at ease, which is not a given for those with special dietary needs.

This place never disappoints. We've been there more than once, and each time it's been a pleasure and a satisfying experience, given the high quality of the products, the quantity of food, and the friendliness and conviviality of the place. The platters/aperitifs are amazing, recommended to us by Marco, who is impeccable. He never leaves anything to chance and is attentive to the customer with discretion, yet knows how to satisfy every request. We'll definitely continue to bring new friends here, because Salumeria di Turno always makes us look great!

A delightful experience at this restaurant. The decor is stunning! Cheerful, friendly, and family-friendly. The pinsa are delicious! We also had the sharing platter! Wow! Delicious and so generous. The cocktails are top-notch (my favorite is the non-alcoholic one) and the tiramisu...pure delight! The restaurant staff is fantastic. Always smiling! Next time we'll try the pinsa Markkito 🥰. We highly recommend it!

23/12/2025: At Grandma Mary's, an excellent culinary experience. I ate the pezzetti, the famous Lecce pezzetti. I waited almost half an hour, but the experience was memorable and I would remember it even without this review. Tender pieces, just the right amount of salt, just the right amount of spiciness, a non-acidic sauce, and perfectly cooked meat, made for me and me alone. Grandma Mary and Elisabetta in the kitchen have surpassed every Michelin-starred chef, every new cuisine in vogue today; they have simply preserved the tradition of the '80s and '90s Osteria de Lu Totu in the historic center of Lecce. I am thrilled and ecstatic. I recommend this magical place to everyone for a dive into authenticity. Affordable prices.
08/11/2025: The pizza was pretty good (it's a shame there's no rotisserie). Unfortunately, the space is too small. Friendly staff.
