A very pleasant surprise. ..little place located in the historic center of Galatina, very beautiful and welcoming, we felt at home thanks to the hospitality and professionalism of Marco and Barbara. An important note for us and that we really appreciated the attention paid to our beloved dog who welcomed him with a mixed plate of cold cuts. Thanks guys, we'll see you again soon. I highly recommend this venue.

A very pleasant surprise. Like being at home, a very special thing, with a pleasant and carefree environment. In hot weather the tables outside are a gem. Highly recommended.

I was in this very characteristic town for work, I saw this particular delicatessen and I was intrigued. I immediately met the owners Valentina and Luigi, who in turn put me at ease. They recommend me and I am amazed by the excellent pinsa with the cured meats and the various appetizers that they prepare for me, the price is excellent, the wines are fantastic. Highly recommended, I will gladly return on my next work trip. Thanks so much, and keep up the good work.

Proper size of Puccia. We took two of them. Both very fresh, crunchy, warm bread, big portions, fresh cheese. I had to take half of mine to take away. Place is very charming on the square surrounded with a little lights. Good quality vs price. It’s a safe bet.

Siamo stati ieri sera e abbiamo mangiato sia pinse che pucce , tutto molto buono, abbiamo preso anche un tagliere di salumi con una pinsa senza glutine, tutto buono e sono anche certificati aic

Locale piccolo ma si mangia veramente bene..salumi di ottima qualità..anche le pinze erano molte buone Prezzi onestissimi,cosa ormai difficile da trovare in giro

Primo Restaurant in Lecce

18/01/2025: I had the privilege of having dinner at this starred restaurant with a couple of friends. It was an experience of high gastronomic and sensorial depth. An extraordinary journey dedicated to the flavors and traditions of Salento revisited in a modern and refined way. Pairings that are not at all obvious but which give a harmony to the palate never experienced before. Every dish served is a masterpiece of creativity. The quality and presentation of the food is impeccably executed by young, friendly and professional staff. Maitre Daniele stands out for his great elegance and knowledge of dishes and wines, always perfectly paired with each course. An experience that will remain in my heart for a long time and which in my opinion fully deserves the awarding of the Michelin star. I thank chef Solaika who I had the honor and privilege of knowing. A very young chef but gifted with great creativity and a deep connection with her territory capable of satisfying the most demanding palates. What can I say... a unique experience that I recommend to everyone with great enthusiasm.
01/01/2025: Very positive experience. Venue with around twenty seats and minimal furnishings. The very young chef demonstrates remarkable creativity and mastery in the preparation and combination of ingredients, all of which are of the highest quality. We followed a course of 11 courses, all as usual in a starred restaurant, small in size and mostly oriented towards the vegetable sector (with the exception of one mackerel course and one quail course) and strongly linked to the territory. Like all research cuisines, satisfaction can certainly be subjective: personally I have to say that we really liked the whole experience, at such a level that it doesn't disappoint in the presence of those who already have two stars. Impeccable service, precise and without being "intrusive", and the preparation of the dining room staff regarding the ingredients and wines (very rich and intriguing list) is truly worthy of praise. Well done everyone, you have what it takes to aspire to even higher goals. And you deserve it because you convey the 3Ps: preparation, professionalism, passion. Very interesting general quality/price ratio.

Antica Locanda 1899

05/01/2025: The ancient inn is located on the outskirts of Vernole whose location takes you back in time. I spent New Year's Eve with my family and had a decent dinner and overall the service was quite quick. The starter was very small while the first course whose medallions stuffed with burrata and fish were very welcome. The sea bream was a little less pleasant than the panettone. However I recommend it.
24/10/2024: Locale vecchio stile, molto carino e accogliente, pulito. Staff cordialissimo e gentilissimo. Tempi di attesa brevi e qualità-prezzo accettabile. Peccato però che ci sia arrivata una pizza bianca anziché col pomodoro, nonostante sul menù fosse indicata, appunto, con l'ingrediente del pomodoro. Quindi prima di ordinare, appurate che i vostri piatti contengano realmente gli ingredienti indicati sul menù.
